App could be designed better. Some of the options for the menu items have odd choices, like requiring you to choose a condiment for a sub, but one of the choices is no condiment, but then asking if you want light, normal, extra, 3x, or 4x for the no condiment. Also, the tip amount doesn't change after choosing one percentage and then choosing a different percentage.

The review wanted me to rate the app. So this review is only for the app, I haven't tried the food yet. The app is better than what they had before, but it could still use some improvements. Like, for the bread sticks. It only gives options of small, medium and party size. It however does not tell you how many pieces come in each size. Also, when you are in the cart viewing your order you don't have the option to edit your order without deleting and going back and redoing it.

Gives you the option to choose up to 4× condiments, then tells you that you can only choose up to 2. Then gives you unlimited character entries for Special Instructions, only to tell you that "only 32 characters max allowed". Add on the fact that every single time I use this app I have to re-enter my credit card even though I save it every single time and I have to say this app leaves a lot to be desired. I know some highschool kids who can design smoother software.

works ok enough. had many issues at the start including having to allow the app permissions before being able to create my account. then it said i was outside the delivery area until after the 6th or 7th time i tried to place an order. after all those issues, ordering was a breeze and will use in the future.

I can't create a profile because it says that Google maps can't find the address, no matter what address I use. Many of the buttons are difficult or impossible to see. The interface is bad. That said, I was able to finally place an order as a guest. Their pizza is ok, but this app is awful.

App is pretty low quality in several ways STILL no order confirmation email or summary at completion, 3 years later cannot choose pasta type as required to order any pasta where you're supposed to have the option they give you absurd options not relevant to the dish itself

Awesome Food,been ordering here for years and years! Have eaten almost everything on the menu.Only 1 problem in all these years,the French fries were great,now they just don't get cooked long enough.Other than that,great food,service and delivery!!!

I'm giving this a 3 star because I think it could be a lot better. Explaining how many slices are in the pizzas or how many pieces are in breadstick orders and so on. I think it would also be nice if it showed your total while you order.
