Contacted customer service and they requested the same mumbo jumbo. "Close the app, reboot, delete cache...if it still doesn't work, log in using the web". They seem to not care if the app works and point you to the website. I can't delete items from my cart. I'll skip deliveries until they fix this or it fixes itself. Hungry Root is nice to have. I have a grocery store close by when they fail.

I like the service. The app however is garbage. It never loads properly and when it does it's incredibly slow. Often it has unknown errors and messes up orders or saving my info. I need the website to actually work and even when I open in browser it's still painfully slow.

Love the company and overall function, app is 90% less functional than website. Can't review, can't view tracking, can't see grocery breakdown. At this point kill the App and justbload the website instead, it's actually useful.

I would have given more stars, but it's difficult to change your preferences. There is a link in app that will take you to the website to make changes, but that just forces the app to re-open and you run in a circle. Can't get the web version unless you're on another device without the app installed. If I could just change in-app, it would be much easier. I do like the meal plan service though, it has been helpful in reducing the number of times per week I'm out at a restaurant or fast food.

The food options are great when you actually get what you want delivered. You have to stay alert to make changes to your order or skip if you don't want anything for the week, because they will automatically send you food you didn't choose or have preference for. The app, on the other hand, is not helpful for customer service support or say if you want to cancel. It takes you in a circle with no resolve.

The app is buggy! Overpriced food. $125 gets you "51" point. 1 point seems to be equivalent to $1. So you spend $125 for about 50 dollars worth of food. The app is buggy in that 2 of the 3 orders I've placed didn't save the meals I've selected. The last one only delivered 10 point work of food. So, I've spent $125 for just $10 of food. You can't call them. You have to text them for support. Still waiting for a reply. Truly awful experience. Food was decent though.

I thought you could ORDER healthy food, but the website is more of A QUIZ than a shop!!! FFS create a list of what we can PURCHASE!!! I was willing to try, but they made this so user UNFRIENDLY it's impossible to actually browse what they have. I won't be back with such a STUPID DESIGN!!!!

Don't bother, It is a scam! even if you select 6 adults in the household, they still only send you enough food for 1 adult. We ended up spending more money than usual due to the portion size & not receiving the correct amount of food.
