- IPC360 Home provides home users with 360 extraordinary experience as staying home when they are away from home. Not very useful app because on "event storage" mode it starts to recording a video on a micro SD card with 3-4 sec delay and most of the times I see only the last steps of the leaving person. It would be nice to see his face, isn't it? Full time recording is not an option because nobody will watch through thousands hours of videos to find something unless it's not a crime.

Not very happy with the app I paid for the service to get some of the features then it says that I can't get those features anyway because I need a firmware upgrade but when I go to upgrade it says that I have the newest firmware current version so half the time the video cuts out or doesn't pop up and it just doesn't really do anything other than one angle and records every time a bird flies by or something really disappointed

Disappointed with app. I cannot watch the camera I paid for, for more than 5 minutes with me confirming I'm watching before it kicks me put. I bought two cameras so I could watch all 4 veiws. Nope, you can't do that with two different devices. Junk app! I can watch my wyze cams on multiple devices at the same time without being nagged over and over again. Your camera app is a poor design. Get better programmers.

Notifications no longer working and everything on the app that should be on is the same. Nothing changed or turned off. Edit: Oct. 14, 2024 Notifications working again for now. Came back a couple weeks for a day or two and stopped working again. Then notifications came back again about a week ago. I should note, I did a reset both times by turning off the wall switch and waiting about a minute before turning it back on.

After installing the current verson 7.02.88.t2, I get alarm notifications on my phone but the Alarms panel on the app shows "No Alarms Found". The previous versions worked fine.

The customer service that comes with it is useless. I've had camera almost a year and not once have they responded to me after almost 15 - 20 contacting them via the app, contact us. Many issues remain unresolved. I've payed for full package of yearly subscription of IA camera and Cloud storage but it does not record 24hrs. Only records 15min at a time. So the camera is literally useless Really disappointing. Not reccomended at all. Buying cheap Chinese cameras is a waste of time.

Simply useless. Notifications do not work. Cannot even change camera password. App freezes every minute even when I am at home several meters from camera. WiFi signal from router is excellent, couple of meters from camera. How can you ask to pay money for that.....do mot know how to call it. Trying to be polite First company I met which asks to pay for free trial. If you do not pay subscripton fee, you do not have human detection, notifications, tracking. Nothing said about it, when you purchase

I don’t like it because the viewing shuts off after 5 minutes of inactivity. I’m watching my baby sleep, and of course, she’s sometimes inactive for 5 minutes, but I want to continue watching. I have to restart it every time, and it’s really frustrating.
