JET is a scooter rental service using a mobile application. You can rent an electric scooter at one of the hundreds of parking lots located around the city and complete the rental wherever it suits you.Kicksharing, bike sharing... What is it and how does it work?
Call it whatever is convenient for you – in fact, the JET service is a stationless electric scooter rental.
To rent a vehicle, you don’t need to visit a pick-up point, communicate with an employee and provide a deposit in the form of a passport or a certain amount of money.
All you need to rent:
- Download the application and register in the service. You only need a phone number, registration will take 2-3 minutes.
- Find the electric scooter on the map or at the nearest parking lot.
- Scan QR on the steering wheel, through the built-in function in the app.

In which cities is the service available?
The service is available in Kazakhstan (Almaty), Georgia (Batumi and Tbilisi), Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and Mongolia (Ulan-Bator).
You can rent a scooter in any of these cities through the JET app. The rental rules for different cities may differ, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with them before renting, but in general, if you used similar rentals such as Urent, Whoosh, VOI, Bird, Lime, Bolt or others, the principle of renting will not be much different.

MULTI RENT
Rent an electric scooter for the whole family. To do this, you only need one JET account. You can rent up to 5 scooters with one account. Just open several scooters in sequence by scanning their QR codes.
WAITING AND RESERVATION
Our application has a waiting and booking function. You can book an electric scooter in the app and it will wait for you for 10 minutes for free. During the rental period, you can close the lock and put the scooter in ""standby"" mode, the rental will continue, but the lock will be closed. You can go about your business without worrying about the safety of the scooter.
BONUS ZONES
You can complete the lease in a special green area and get bonuses for it. To receive bonuses, you must make a lease lasting more than 10 minutes.
Rent price:
The rental price may vary in different cities. You can see the current rental price in the application by clicking on the electric scooter icon. You can also buy one of the bonus packages, the higher the value of the bonus package, the larger the amount will be credited to your account as bonuses.
Powerbank station
Is your phone or laptop out of charge? Find a powerbank station on the map in the app and rent it. Just scan the QR code of the station. Charge up - cables are built-in. There are Type-C, micro-USB, and Lightning for iPhone. You can return the charger to any station.

The app is terrible. 1) Half of the time when I try to get a scooter, the app says "Your session expired. Please, try again". Of course, trying again does not help. Closing the app fully (from the list of running aps) does not help. Going to airplane mode and back does not help either. Rebooting the phone may or may not help and it takes too long. 2) The app starts 15 to 30 seconds while its competitors take 2-3. 3) Very often by the end of a ride the app forgets about the ride so there is no way to finish it. You need to fully close the app (from the list of running aps), open again (takes 15 to 30 seconds, see above), and then you will see the ride and be able to finish it. 4) Very often by the end of a ride the app freezes half-way to the screen for taking a picture if that scooter. Just click "X" in the left top corner.

The scooters are great but the app is trash. There is always delay until it opens, and it loads long when i want to turn it off and some mid ride it logs me out. Whoever is doing the app is not doing a great job

The app server cannot send a SMS to a VoIP number, such as Google Voice, which prevents foreigners from using the service in many countries unless a traveler satisfies all conditions of international roaming plan, of plan coverage over the country, and of unlocked phone that's compatible with frequency bands used in the countries. Alternatives for world travelers: Lime, Luup, and Tier worked with foreign numbers whether VoIP or not. They say uninstall, reboot, etc. but none will work.

Do not recommend to use. Scooters are quite nice however it's very expensive in comparison with other scooters. And it really annoying, cause once my card ran out of money while I was riding, and I stopped where it ended, it was really near the parking spot, still it tries to take the lent money, without any hesitation that it's took 5 manats to ride 20 minutes

Out of the blue stopped working, complaining I can't ride in that area. But I got there riding it! It didn't allow me to stop the ride, so I had to puch it out of that area . Then I was forced to ride in a big avenue with cars, it was very dangerous. With other companies, I ride that area (normal houses there only) with no problem.

Expensive, you should untick insurance payment every time to not have extra charge, not recommended to use it in the city where there is no conditions for it. More cheap transportations available which will take you to the destination faster than that scooter. I personally would use it if I'll have no choice to use another transport.

The app's English translation is horrible, some parts of the UI are not even translated, some are badly translated, sometimes the Ui is unusable because of this.

They hard-bind your account to your phone number. Once I lost access to my temporary sim, I lost access to my account with 1 year subscription prepared. Support declines to help.
