This app is garbage. I spent a substantial amount of time trying to get the app to find the taco time stores near me, but it was only showing me locations in other states. I never had issues with other restaurant apps. This one is broken and their system for processing your order checkout and selecting the restaurant is absurd.

I was looking for a menu so my family can see what they have and not be pressured to buy but there is no option for a location near me. I could select a different location but what if the one closest to me (that is not listed on the app) has a special that the other locations do not have at the time. Maybe add an option to just browse the menu of near by locations?

0 customer support Taco time was supposed to be open until 6pm and showed open on Google. I entered my order and went to the restaurant. They were closed. I didn't see any charges for a few days. Then the charge came in on my card. I called the restaurant as the app says you must call the location. They provide no support. The restaurant says I have to work with the app. So I'm out my money.

Love it when the first time you go to use the app and sign up it says there are errors with my request after clicking on create account! And, it doesn't even give you a hint as to what the issue is. Most other apps outline the concern in red. Not this app.

I love Taco Time but this app is Broken. Was just checking to see if the app was any good. Went to order a crisp taco and it makes you choose your protein which is an additional charge, but that's not even the bad thing. Apparently if you want beans or pork it is an additional $99.99 lmfao like what? I even updated the app and it still shows the same thing. Edit- How has my review been up this long and ya'll haven't done anything to fix it? It now carries over to door dash and stuff.

Hope you never need to cancel an order you place. Not only does their customer service never respond, they WILL NOT pay you back even if you call the store. Come on, all apps should have a Cancel Order option by now? Or at least not being charged until you pick up the order.

no matter what I do or how many times I change my password, the app doesn't acknowledge it and won't sign me in. it doesn't even look like it is even doing anything, like the "sign in" button does nothing

After the last update this app rocks it works 100 perfect and easy to understand I now highly recommend to get this app. The estimated time finish was also spot on on check out. Must get app! Edit* they missed a taco on a order which upset the family dinner missing a taco. It's the first time this app had done me wrong. Was 5 stars.
