KOI Thé Mobile Application is an app that links the customers' interest to our beverages. They will be able to receive every sort of our information quickly through their smartphones. It is also to link the membership cards as it allows the users to check their Reward Bubbles, Membership Points, Menu, Location, Outlets (In Cambodia ONLY), and various promotions.Additionally, it allows the users to view their own transactions on making purchases at KOI. Users will be able to make purchases not only by cash, but they will be able to purchase through their card(s) or their smartphones by registering their membership cards with the app. With the current situation of the pandemic, we also release Pick Up and Self Order functions, in which they can do online ordering to purchases their favourite drink, and no need to queue.
NOTE: This app is available for download for every country. However, its functions, promotions, outlets display, point system, and all sorts of components are ONLY available in CAMBODIA.
PICKUP
Now you can also order your favourite KOI Drink for Pickup instead of order at cashier. Select Order and click on Pickup, go to the KOI Outlet and time you pick up, add drink items to your cart, confirm your order.

one of the worst UI experiences, in term of functionality everything is working, but the User experience is just complicated. I picked up I don't know what to do. even the setting location doesn't make sense. I almost just give up trying to order after the worker help then I could order.

There are many great features with the app, but I have been having trouble logging into my account via Facebook, and also whenever I used my card for Koi drink, the point and balance system doesnt automatically updated. It would be great if it can be fixed soon.

Updated with version 5.1.0.. yet everytime I launched the app, it doesn't run and asked me to update.. clicked update and brings me to latest version 5.1.0 in google store that i have already installed! Launch it again and it just goes into the same endless update loop!?? Totally unusable app!! Uninstalled!!!

New app is not working for first login to get OTP. Login with email, but app try to send OTP to +855emailaddress. How can system work? Releasing new app without testing. It is a bad practice as developer.

There is no option to see ur transaction history. This is important because u dont know what or many top-up and purchases u have made.

I can't update the app and the app is required to update in order to open the app now I can't see my reward point if I can't update it. The app is required the update but it only has 2 choice between uninstall and open.

What the hell is this why always update? Why I always need to relog in? Now I can't log in with my Facebook & why need to send to my old phone number when I used to connect with Facebook?

The app log me out and I've tried to log it back in they wouldn't let me and I change my password it's solve one problem start another, everything in my account are gone! My POINTS and MY CREDITS(MONEY). Can anyone help me fix this?
