My review is completely because of the horrible app. Anything requiring going to the orders screen...be it order history, smart delivery, and auto delivery...is a nightmare. You are lucky to get one of these screens to ever even load. Attempting to manage one of these is a trial of patience. Certainly takes the convenience out of it! It has been this way for quite some time and has never improved. Horrible!

The machine sometimes loses its connection, and I find that I have to unplug it for a while to reset, but can live with it. My biggest complaint is the notifications spam. It's only once in a while, but it annoys me. I got one today about "new recipes for me to try." I can't find any way to shut it off, and am tempted to uninstall the app, or block all notifications from it on my phone! However, there are times when the notification is something useful!

The app looks great and works some of the time. It is also quite buggy and clunky. Things like redeeming rewards unfortunately does not work through the app and requires a browser. Past orders page takes forever to load, if at all. Best visit the Keurig website with a browser instead if you don't want to be frustrated.

I didn't think I've ever used a more poorly designed app. I'm on auto delivery and it's virtually impossible to delete previous selections and choose new ones. It seems you can substitute, but you can't fully delete your original selections. Now I can't even make a regular order because the "shop" screen never loads. On top of that, the last order I received was wrong. I called customer service and was supposed to receive a credit. I have no idea where my credit is. This is ALL unacceptable.

It's very frustrating. Managing Auto delivery and Smart Delivery doesn't work. It says thing are Active that we're already canceled, and other items it states are already on auto-delivery, but they're nowhere to be found in the list. I've called and canceled all orders. (Please don't respond with apology and tell me to contact support. People have been complaining about the app for months - probably years.)

Not convenient. I can never edit my orders in smart delivery. Doesn't open the right page and there's always something wrong with that page either not loading or can't press anything on that page. Annoying to have to use the website everytime. Please make the app better. You're making smart machine yet can't make a good app?!

The app refuses to connect to the machine. I got all the way to "connecting your device to WiFi then I get an error 10 or and error 9. The troubleshooting says nothing about these error codes so I have no idea what's wrong. I got a notification on my phone after the app crashed that I should clear the cache because the app has a bug. So I did now when I go to scan the QR code I'm met with a black screen. If this app comments that I need to contact customer service by phone, save it. Just fix it!

Can't change subscriptions, just constantly says "access denied" and have to go through website anyways, so this app serves no purpose really. Have to log in every time you open it, even though it does a fingerprint scan in the beginning. What's the point of the fingerprint scan if you're going to then ask for my username/password? Website is much easier to go through, skip the app and just use the website, it'll save you some headache.
