The lights are amazing but the app is absolutely horrible!!! Chosen theme always reverts back to default each new day when the lights come on. Custom theme does not always save. The brightness always defaults to mid even though it was saved as full. Cannot rename saved themes. Cannot control the speed of the animation. The AI is horrendous. It doesn't even allow to make the themes it creates as steady on. It seems to create the same theme over and over regardless of what you tell it.

Never again. What kind of app wants you to register to use a light bulb. And then will not let you register. I tried through the app, via their website. And everytime it tells me my verification code has expired or is incorrect. I entered the code less than 10 seconds after it was sent. Will be returning this item. The b1 smart light. I'm guessing they named it that for a laugh. Because it's definitely not smart. What a waste of time.

App was working fine for several months. Opened it today and all devices were wiped from my home screen and couldn't do anything in the app without an alert telling me to login and then timing out when trying to login. Best I can figure account apis are down, but what's worse is realizing this crummy app can't work offline even with lights setup as ble only, I'm totally locked out from controlling anything until they get login fixed

Seems like a good product, but nothing in the app seems to work as implied. Voice prompt is a complete mystery to set up, we are having a party and I feel happy are two examples or suggestions but have no effect. You cannot set up or save any effect. I bought 4 bulbs b1 together from Amazon, will be sending back for refund unless there is a step by step example anywhere, naff all on YouTube etc,

Lights are great, but.... Took over 24hrs to register my account for the app. App kept saying verification code incorrect. Then finally got on the app today, had the lights installed on the house. App worked for all of 10 mins before we were logged out and now not able to log back in, as it says I've had too many attempts! Strangely it's the same time of day that the app seems to be unusable! Conveniently the same time the customer service line closes at 5pm.

The app won't even let me log in or verify my email keeps saying limit reached delete some what does that even mean the app was working fine last night now I'm logged out can't access features and tye product doesn't even have its own remote as it pretty much relies on this app I do hope it gets fixed as I've had no issues up until now

Was working great.. now has all of a sudden stopped remembering presets That's fixed.. but one more thing. On the sleep timer function the initial brightness slider doesn't seem to have any function. I assumed it would dim to *% of initial brightness. But it goes all the way to off every time

Too many login attempts after one login attempt. The UI is clunky and slow and will tend to overlap the boxes from the previous page with the next page which means you need to reload the page you just loaded. Overall a poor app.
