There is some kind of bug in this app to where when you log on to your page on the website and try to connect the toy it keeps saying that the app is not on your phone and will not connect this app is on my phone my Bluetooth and GPS is turned on and it's still saying that the app is not on my phone even though I've downloaded it and I'm trying to connect it it's refusing to connect saying I don't have the app fix your bugs

I love my Ferri, but it got one star knocked off because of connectivity issues. Anyone remember messing with rabbit ears on a TV? Yeah, that is essentially what I have to do with my legs, even with the phone right next to me. The connection is always dropping. Also, wish the battery life was longer. And, as a suggestion, add a feature that allows you to look at an entire pattern without playing. To help with finding patterns one likes.

All the people complaining about disconnections don't understand the limitations of wireless technology, i.e. Bluetooth. If it disconnects while it's inside you... you do NOT have to take it out to reconnect. You are having other issues. Check your router's Bluetooth coexistence and other WiFi settings before complaining about the app and giving one star. The only problems we've ever had was leaving the room the phone is in. Take the phone with you. Problem solved. 5 stars.

it's a simple thing you've gotta do. Connect a usb thingie to the internet. WHY do I have to spend one full hour every time trying to connect to your hell of a server?! I'm exhausted. do Better

This app is not easy to understand. I'm good at computers and it took me several hours to understand how the chrome extension was supposed to work. There's a lot of steps but the instructions are pretty good and the support is responsive. Overall it does what is promised and it reconnects frequently no matter how much I try to fix it

Toys are seemingly 'connected' and test tip works fine but when I start stream they are dead and not reacting to tips. I don't recommend any of these toys for camming. It is shame that after all these years on the market, Lovense couldn't find right developers to fix problems with stream. Also, StreamMaster is BS, crashing my apps in stream and my browser keeps freezing. I am very dissatisfied customer.
