I paid for 3 months and after month service stopped working no network or even doesn't working with wifi. When I called customer service they said they don't know the problemwait up to 48 hrs then call us back😡

My experience with Lycamobile isn't good. I want to get esim for my iPhone 16 pro max but the problem is that it is only available for new customers and I am already a customer so I can't get esim. Because of this now I have to buy a new sim/esim cuz of that now I have to change my phone number from EVERYWHERE to my new phone number.

I don't know from where to start. Always bad service, bad customer service , they will tell you to send them emails in case of any incovenience, and then they wont reply.

n 11.06.2024 i paid the money 466.20 for my phone recharge 59 unlimited plan for 12 months but when i check in app they showing money in credit 444 i dont want money in credit i need that money for my 12 months plan some time app will not support to recharge

I spent over 4 hours trying to get their sim card to work with a phone. When that didn't work I tried several different phones. Nothing worked. Lyca customer service couldn't help. I am trying to cancel before the auto renewal charges my card. Here their customer service is also not helpful. The chatbot and phone number were not helpful. Hopefully their email account will be be able to take care of it.

I had problems with Lyca website and thought the app can handle it. But the app is just the same web wrapped into standalone app. No additional features or benefits. I better use web at least it doesn't take resources on my phone. I tried to remove CC but it says aurorenewal is on. I tried turn off aurorenewal it says Unauthorized operation. Customer support says aurorenewal is off but app shows it's on. Buggy useless app. But Lyca has best prices I could find.
