It's great as a text editor and want I wanted, but it didn't add itself to my phone's Android system as an app to open TXT files. That means when I want to open a .txt file, my phone doesn't give this app in the prompt to "Open With". That seems like a basic thing to do for text editor app. I have to open the app, then have it open the .txt file. Not efficient.

Always with the "Can not write file" error, when I'm editing a text file opened from a homescreen shortcut. I keep losing my changes. Otherwise ok.

Closed the app once and autosave cleared the last textfile, effectively deleting all its contents and wiping out all information that wasn't backed up separately using more reliable apps.
Mmm
I opened image file, and then txt file, and it just closed without opening that txt. I like autosave and that is saves file i worked on when i just close the app

Exactly what I needed. No ads, easy navigation, I can set the display font size. Perfect.

From what I can see you can only save files to downloads folder and you can't navigate above the downloads folder.

Great app - does such a basic fundamental function that for some reason is otherwise lacking in Android. BUT Although works flawlessly from the app (open, edit, save, save as, etc) does not from a file manager - opens and edits but does not overwrite when choosing save. Please fix and I'll up to the 5* it otherwise deserves.

It's a good app, edits files like Windows' notepad.exe. But, once, it had a bug where I wrote a file saved it, and, without closing the app, I created a new file, wrote on it, and saved; the problem was that it saved this file I just wrote just fine, but it also saved this content in the previous file, overwriting it. It saved both files the same. It has happened only once though. So, I recommend that, after editing a file, completely close the app before using a new one.
