I was happy you added the tipping feature coz I always felt bad for not tipping my shoppers. I recently shopped and gave a 300 tip. I then learned that the delivery person only received <30 pesos! If the shopper also gets the same amount, it means you take 80% of the tip!!! You thugs!!!! I want you to add a full disclosure on how you split the tips down to the last cent!!!!

Downloaded the app again this Oct 2024, to my surprise the app has a new feature, it forces you to tip and the default value is at 300. Sure you can change but there will be a guilt trip message though and the lowest tip is 100. Additional 350 for a 2,000 grocery. The app works, it just comes with a steep price.

Most important items in my cart tend to be out of stock. Replacements not always suitable. App is a bit slow or crashes at times. Shoppers suggest replacements and get in touch with you which is good. It's just really a hassle when things are out of stock. I

I ordered in the afternoon and was advised that my order will be delivered within 90 minutes. I waited but it was bumped off to the next day at 10am to 11 am. When I followed up they said that they have manpower issues. I ordered food to be used for dinner and it's now lunch the next day and I still have not received my order. When I asked if I cancel and how long should the refund take, it will take from 5 to 10 days to be refunded. Super disappointed, DONOT USE THIS APP

The app was fixed, and I was able to buy some groceries. Thanks, Metromart! As a person with a disability, I don't have the energy to go out and buy groceries myself. This app has always been helpful for me and my mom, who's already a senior citizen.

Wrong item delivered. Immediately reported the issue, which happened on a weekday, but it's now more than 24 hrs since the incident and there's still no refund, no one reached out to me with a resolution. 😒

The app improved after it was updated. Except now there seem to be bugs that prevent the cart from getting checked out. Hope this gets fixed ASAP. When the app works well, it's very useful and quite convenient. But in the meantime, it's a waste of time esp. if you've put in some time shopping and added quite a number of items in your cart only to find out you won't be able to get them after all. Pls. fix this!

Not worth paying extra for shopping fee and delivery free when your instructions are not being followed! What's the point of asking our messaging preferences when you will still going to notify us via SMS?! When it was still under gocart it was free delivery, no shopping fee, no need to tip the rider and they CALL when something needs to be replaced!!!
