I downloaded a few and this is the one I found to be fairly decent for on the go door to door prospecting. It would be good if you could add a note at the same time you add the company/contact. Also, I exported CSV and tried to import into Hubspot but fields were way out. I would like have these functions available and even a card scan or link with Hubspot and Google contacts and or with a desktop...as i can't see any way to sync with a PC.

Edit: the issue I was having was acknowledged by the developers and fixed pretty quick! Ilthis app is great! (Original reviewI have been loving the app! But as of lately I can not input the address for customers, the text colors shows as white on the white TextBox, so it appears invisible unless highlighted, then even when the ( invisible) address has been typed it won't reflect on the map thus not allowing me to save an address other than a default one in the center of San Francisco)

(Edited - Google was not showing me the review, error was on their end!) App is very user friendly, Is there a way to add a tab to view all current active tasks other then in the schedule, the reason I ask is because to view them in the schedule, you need to go to the related date/month, I'd like to be able to view the tasks that are still incomplete and completed and so on rather then having to go into each customer profile individually, similar to the notes tab at the bottom... (ty for reply!)

I really needed a CRM for my new business, but the softwares are really expensive. However, this app is even better. It has amazing features to maintain my data & keep a track of my activities. Also, I can operate it on my system & my phone with the same account, so no matter where I am, I can stay in touch with my work. Plus, the pro version is pocket friendly too.

This is by far the best aplication for keeping records and manage visits for small busines. It's very easy to use,it's not at all time consuming, everything is very practical and simple, also very nice looking. You can import your customers from your contacts and it is the best thing!!! There is no adds you can do your bussines and no one will bother you with watching comercials. If you are a pro you can share notes with colleagues and manage even more details about your customers. Very nice app

Really nice App! Though i wish there were an option to make a 1-time payment to them. I'd like to contribute, but i dont have any use for their online services, so i dont need a subscription. I guess i could get a subscription and then cancel it, but it'd be better if they had a purchase option with some perks

UPDATE: 1. I would like to be able to customize the customer info on the invoice. Right now it automates with the customer name & identification. I would like to be able to put what info I want it to show. Also the placement of it is kinda awkward. Just sitting under my email and phone # without any type of separation from my info or a label. Just an aesthetic thing. 2. Meetings/tasks with contacts should show up on the contact tab that way I know something is planned for that contact.

It is a really well though app. If possible i would request you to add an option of adding projects under each customer. This would enable to add muntilple tasks under single project and also add multiple projects under single customer. Also the app should allow to add notes for individual tasks too. Guess these options would help to organise the data in a more optimum way.
