The interface is totally different on my phone and tablet! I was really looking forward to trying this out, only to discover it point blank will not work sometimes. The shopping pages will not load on my tablet, but it has easier to navigate menus. Really don't enjoy hunching over my tiny smartphone to do something that should be accessible on my, well, accessible device! Please, please let me fully use the service and app equally no matter the source device! I want to be a customer.

I like the idea of stopping food waste and letting people pick out "ugly" produce, but honestly the food isn't a deal at all. The produce costs either the same or more at my local grocery store (I bought 3 small-ish lemons for about $3, while two "on the small side" lemons cost a bit more than $2.) I didn't really find any bad experiences with the app itself - mostly just the loading was annoyingly slow. I think this app was designed for wealthier people and not people who are struggling.

Slow app, poor selection of fresh produce, prices on par with the supermarket. Not the experience I was hoping for. EDIT: The "contact us" link the developer posted when requesting more details leads to a 404 page. That's the quality you can expect from this app. Dev, if you want to see it done right, look at Weee, who deliver massive amounts of cheap, fresh produce with a lightning-fast app.

i can get behind reducing food waste but they just charged me for an order i had no hand in making. i purposefully made a cart that was under the minimum purchase so that it wouldnt make an order without my knowledge but just today i got an order confirmation without even anything i had in the original cart. $60+ worth of items that will go bad anyway because i didnt want them. they will make a random cart and charge you for it without telling you.

Slow as hell (this is a add on but you guys charge more than the grocery store crazy when it's supposed to be the opposite, i already canceled my subscription there's no point trying to help and i just read some of the reviews and it looks like im not the only one who thinks this, you definitely don't save with this app)

If I could leave this app and company zero stars, I would. They confirmed a payment of a grocery order without even asking me to confirm the order. I signed up for the website so I could browse what this company had to offer. Little did I know I was going to be scanned out of $45 for groceries I did not choose. 👎👎👎👎👎 Also, they advertise that their food is cheaper than grocery stores, but in reality, it's not.

The food I got was high quality and I'll definitely be using this service some more. The app is just a little slow and buggy, however. I got my cart full of stuff I wanted, then a few days later wanted to add something only to find my cart had been completely reset and so I had to take things out and put all the things I'd originally chosen back in. I'm just glad I caught it before I was sent a bunch of things I didn't want.

Absolutely so not down load this app, I had unauthorized charges from them after deleting any thing , they even chose my cart for me and I signed up with the app not even 24 hours into this . I never went shopping on it or anything , they stole from me , they have no PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT , I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB ON THIS AND GETTING A LAWYER , STAY FROM THIS APP
