Piss poor app. Often stops charging randomly after a few minutes and gives you NO notification. When you go into the app trying to find what's going on with the charge, THEN all of a sudden you get a notification telling you the charge stopped hours ago after .5 kw. It has happened several times. Really, really annoying! Fix it!

scanning the barcodes never works. I have to manually find the chargers on the map, then find the charger points using the code, not always easy to do. also the payments failed constantly at first. meaning I have 3 pending payments on my card that I pray only one of which will actually turn onto a full payment. had an EV for over a year, this was the worst experience I had charging.

Getting money back out was very hard. The authenticator didn't connect and support was slow. Additionally the EV charger I was at was not on their map despite having their qr code (though maybe the venues fault). Finally, they charge £6 for a charge card which has to be physically delivered. Total con.

dreadful, unreliable, sometimes have to To wait 5 minutes before the charge falls. clicking charge now seems to add 2 minutes more each time. if I had a choice, I wouldn't use it

The app is functional for scheduling, etc... but if you're in the UK, it's pretty pointless for tracking costings from usage as it doesn't integrate with any UK tariffs. Spot pricing isn't availible in the UK????? Monta you need to get this sorted!

Chargers were not on app, QR code worked but charger was "disconnected", forced to provide data and credit card before finding this out. Awful awful customer experience. All signs said chargers had to be used this was but none available. Total nightmare, would avoid like the plague.

ok but hardly instinctive. that said, when I had a problem starting a charger they were successful in helping me achieve charging. however, they took several attempts and the app had charged me £40 without a single KW proffered. apparently it takes 7-10days to refund = not good enough.

Had to download app to use charger, worked okay, bit of faff going through the steps, especially when asked for RIFD card, so use Octopus Electroverse card, but did not get the reduced rate.
