Such a pain trying to connect. 99 percent of the time I "fails to connect". Also appears to be abandoned by devs. Paid enough for the product, would have been great to see the app improve.

Sadly, the app doesn't connect anymore after the newest update. it worked previously almost every time until this latest update. The app doesn't even fit properly onto my phone anymore, as it grows beyond the whole screen and into my virtual buttons. Phone: Samsung S24(currently). 2 stars because the customer service is outstanding. However, the development engineers behind the software is a little slow on the uptake.

Where's the data? At first when I synced I was able to see charts for battery, solar, output, etc. Now nothing. All the app is good for is to see what the current wattage output is and whether it's charging. You can't see battery level when it's charging or how much energy is coming in, just that it's charging. If you're looking for anything else, forget it. The app is useless because it doesn't give you anything more than the display on the generator. App needs more functionality.

Terrible app. I can't get past the Synchronizing Data 95% of the time. It's more than frustrating. When I do, the only useful information is the amount of watts I am using, which I can get from the display panel. No battery level. It assumes I know how to convert Amps Wattage and volts. The reports are useless. I would have been happier knowing there was NO app than having an app like this. Back to the drawing board guys. We need an update.

A useful app - - - when it works. But, most of the time it either fails to connect or synchronize data. It goes for days without recording any data. I've tried both the Apple and Android versions with the same results. Now I get failure messages in some oriental language each time it crashes. If I had to describe this app in one word it would be "frustrating".

Garbage app. Worthless to me. Cannot get it to even download. It will not send me a code. Have installed app, deleted it, installed it again. Tried two email addresses--nothing works. Called their posted number. Rep of no help. Said codes generated by machine and he could not get me in either. This app should NOT be offered to buyers. It is deceptively being advertised.

21oct20. Now only displays Kanji or other Asian.Locale. 9Sep20 wont run. Crashes before painting first scrwwn. Security risk. Requires GPS to operate. Providing private info like location is absurd for this app and reduces security considerably. This app needs only bluetooth. Optionally it needs storage. No more is needed. Other OPTIONS can include allowing it to steal private information like local. But definitely not required to operate.

Have to reseat the smart key repeatedly to get the bluetooth connected. Data never synchronizes on the first try, have to repeatedly restart the app to synchronize. One the plus side, the data is useful even if it is hard to get it.
