App at its worst. Each time show different amount for same destination. Auto drivers always ask extra amount. Ola map is inaccurate. This cause conflict between driver and passenger. Ola shows the location arrived but in actual the destination is not reached. Driver charging twice the fare. Your help section is not helpful. I will need to rethink to book ola .

Your support tab in the app is pathetic. It only gives options to choose from a pre-decided options and does not give a free text option for a user to write their issues/suggestions related to any feature in the app or practice of OLA (and I mean OLA as the company and not the drivers) Sometimes the issues people face are with the app and features in it, and not with the driver or payment. We would like to post review about services of OLA and not only the rides or drivers.

I recently had a bad experience with Ola Cabs, particularly their customer support. I booked a ride from the airport to my home, with an estimated fare of Rs699 displayed in the app. However, by the end of the trip, I was charged over Rs1100, a huge difference. When I contacted customer support to clarify the discrepancy, they unhelpfully insisted the fare was accurate, despite the evidence I provided. Call support then promised a callback from their team within 6 days, yet I haven’t heard back.

When I use parcel service to receive a parcel, everything works perfectly but the payment is a grey area. Looks like the payment happens automatically, I can't find how, neither I see an option to change the payment method. I tried using support for this but the AI but just doesn't accept anything beyond some preset options. Share your support email if you need more info on this.

Since last few months I am not able to make payment using my Credit Card. The app always get stuck before entering the OTP and forcefully customer is asked pay in cash, even if customer wants to use Credit Card. Similar feedbacks received from many people in my circle. The App is also designed in such a way, that it will not allow customer to connect with Customer care executive, as there is no Option given to raise the concern regarding such issues. Very Poor Application

Destination location pin shows somewhere else. I had to pay the driver extra to reach the actual place. Happened twice with me. Looks like many others have been facing the same issue since a couple of days. Why are you guys not fixing it soon? If this repeats once more, then I have no choice but the delete the app and use other providers.

The app is terrible because it doesn't provide any option to get refund for rash driving and loss of property due to such driving. The driver was moving like a blind person right into a pothole even after my repeated warnings to drive more carefully. We fell due to the impact and my phone also broke.The app doesn't allow us to deduct any amount even after such an accident. I want compensation for my injuries and property loss, but the terrible Ola app has no option to register this grievance.

My experience with services are good, but you app needs work , I am not able to log into the app , because the app wasn't working well despite good internet connection,therfore I Uninstaller it but now I am unable to log in , and I mentioned a destination but it was changed automatically to somewhere else , so I called and booked again ,
