Locations do not turn off the app even if they are closed unexpectedly. My payment was processed and the location was closed for the next few days. Eventually my order was marked "complete" even though I had not been able to get my order (returned to the location multiple times). I submitted feedback forms and attempted to contact both the location, and head office, with no response to date. The company/app developer should provide an option for the location to turn off ordering in real time.

I noticed the price looked more expensive when I was about to place the order through the app for fast pickup so I went in and ordered instead and it was indeed cheaper to order at the till than to do it online. If I'm picking up the order there's absolutely no reason to charge me more money by purchasing through the app. I do NOT recommend using their ordering system as they are trying to scam you and you likely won't even have to wait long by ordering in store anyway. Rewards system isn't bad.

Gimmick to get people to go to Booster juice and not give them their rewards. Not sure if all locations are like this, but the one close to my place always say they don't know how to do the reward during purchase and then conveniently forget to print a receipt, so I cannot enter the rewards myself. I use plenty of reward programs and have never seen this level of unprofessional behaviour anywhere. I tried other location since that above review just to be told we don't do rewards programs here

Wish I could add protein on top of the booster to any smoothie. You can do it in the store. Also, needs store times updated. My go to store is opened passed the times indicated in the app. It doesn't let me order online after "the closing time". Edit: App no longer working. Invalid request no matter what I do.

Developer needs to update this app. Boxing Day I had a mobile order for pick up and the app said that the location was open; it was not. There's a button to 'cancel' your order which doesn't work, just prompts you to call the store. Except no one is working, it's closed. If emailed the head office and got a swift response and was told a refund would be issued. I checked my accnt and another charge on Jan 1st that I didn't make, no refund. Frustrating

Would be nice if there was a way to contact about refunds when locations fail to deliver and refuse to refund customers because they claim its the apps fault. Would also be nice if the app didnt switch from delivery to pick up on its own after you click to confirm the order. It was delivery when I checked it over before I confirmed it and then it changed to pick up after that. After there was nothing I could do about it.

Great app and rewards. Only giving 3 stars because I travel a lot and the Booster Juices at the Airports usually don't participate in the rewards despite advertising it all over the screens. Im missing out on a lot of reward points. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

Used once, no problem, nice to get points. Can't use anymore because the gift card I used last order still has $4 on it, which the app wont let me use (keeps updating the amount, confirmed...ERROR), and I can't delete the card as it's not at $0 balance. Soft locked and unusable.
