App not working. Have uninstalled and re-installed. Have changed password. When I try to login, there's a pop-up that just says "okay" and nothing happens. When I try to order through website, the coupon for BOGO $5 isn't working either, and it only takes off $2.45 for 2 regular-sized entrees that have not been customized. Very frustrating as I live over an hour away from closest location and try to order ahead so I can just pick up food on my way to work.

App is great. I order, then pickup. My only complaint, and the reason it's not 5 stars is that the "make it a meal" workflow always seems to ask me to select something even after I've selected even option possible. I usually have to go through the order process a couple more times before it figures out that I can checkout.

Tried to use this app direct vs door dash, but this app seems full of glitches. Had to sign up twice and once my email registered I kept getting token failure errors. Headed back to doordash unfortunately.

Redeeming rewards through the app is a scam. The way you have to order through the app makes it impossible to redeem your points for an entree. For example, I tried to redeem my "free" small birthday, and it discounted the price for a small portion, but it still charged me for the meat that already comes with the dish. Not extra meat, the meat that comes with it. The same thing happens with rewards points redemption. It's false advertising and extremely deceptive for no reason.

The app constantly crashes, and customer service is hard to contact. Which stinks because the food is really good. Just avoid the app.

This app has a very smooth installation and setup, even on my very average Blue G33 phone. The Carlsbad, CA store wi-fi is smooth like butter. Great job! Please reopen in south San Diego County, we need a couple noodle shops and also more than one bagel place.
