This app logs me out of my own profile way too often. Three or four times I've had to use the "Magic Link" to reconnect my profile with the app. The interface is unintuitive and cumbersome. The app's most important use, using it at Pagliacci's, is buried behind menu items that do not describe the function that you're trying to reach. This app is vastly inferior to the paper Pagliacci's stamp cards that it replaced.

It looks pretty, but some of the steps aren't intuitive, (half and half, adding new toppings,) and it's difficult to go back in case a mistake is made and the big red "ADD TO CART" button gets bumped. Pricing is also not transparent when picking items. I like the rewards at least, although they're pretty small.

If you want to order an as-is menu item (or several), the app is fine; if you want to half and half pizza(s) or change sizes or alter anything in the least, just call them because for anything outside one tap, the app is imcredibly, maddeningly complicated. There's a relearning curve every time. It is my least favorite - and the most inexplicable - thing about Pagliacci and their famous customer service experience.

2023-I've been trying to do an app update for payment I've tried full times wasting more than an hour's worth of effort and I cannot get the app to work correctly any longer. It's been two months now and I'm not going to order a pizza until they fix this or get me some help that's not just a one-time order that doesn't fix the app issues. 2021-Always great service. I tend to get my pizzas before the time the delivery estimate gives.

2021: Now reordering is broken. This app is surprisingly hard to use! Another update: while the first time Setup sucks once that is done both pizza and app are great. Update: after trying more, entering payment details and unintuitively selecting a store I finally managed to order a pizza. The hard part of thr ordering process is that the app never notifies the user what is missing. Original: After 5m of trying I give up. It is impossible to enter my address.

Love Pagliacci but this app is terrible. The process is cumbersome at checkout, I often have problems logging in, points show up after hours, it feels like the app rarely works right. Today Google informed me my password was compromised. I am trying to login and the "login" button won't work! Same problem with "forget password" button. Love Pagliacci, they need a new app!

It works to order pizza, but has bugs associated with customizing a pie. Often when I change something on the pie, it either reverts some changes or changes things from their default, meaning I have to pay special attention to each item in my order every step of the way. Annoying, but not order blocking.
