BlueEye connect and interface with Paradox systems for management of the security, doorbell , Automation and access.BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. WHERE IS THE FIX? I am not impressed with how shmuel managed to get the app to stop working for those who were connecting to it locally without using the Swan server. There is something hinky with the security of the app if this can be done without an update. If we are not using the swann server we should not have to pay a subscription fee Based on the reviews of the subscription service, direct IP with port forwarding is more reliable. I have been a paradox installer for well over 20 years

App works, but very buggy. After exiting, you randomly get message that it stopped responding, and gives option to close or wait. If biometrics enabled, you can bypass login, open the app, but don't log in, force close the app, open again, and you in, no login biometrics... hehehe In the setting, you hide shortcuts, close the app, open again, and shortcuts still shows, ignoring settings. Multiple times, it fails to connect, forcing it closed and reopening usually fixes this.

Paradox’s £100 communications module requires $14 yearly per panel for notifications and cloud, which adds up quickly and often underperforms. Managing five panels as an individual, this recurring cost is significant. In 2024, cloud and push notifications should be standard, not costly add-ons. Connectivity should come bundled, not as a fragmented service with extra fees. Paradox must realize effective cloud support is a baseline expectation, not something customers should pay additionally for.

What a disaster. I cannot connect to my site either using token nor IP50 serial number. The "Feedback" or "Report Issues" options within the app do nothing whatsover, and all imI am seeing is "No networks available" when my network access is fine. I'll never use a paradox system again.

Total disaster. You never get a proper connection with your alarm system, server lot of time offline and no website to provide information is the server is down. Worst experience ever. Looking to change to other system.

I was using a previous security app which worked well, I was told to use this app as this is the new one and my old app will stop working. What a mess!!! This app does not respond, does this and stops doing that!! Then comes online but you can't use or baypass, you can't activate!!! What a mess cancell this app!!!

I am running 3 sites on my BlueEye. Only 1 site will not allow me to set push notifications, so I am not getting any alarms, events, etc on just 1 site. This stopped working October 14, 2024. The other 2 sites work great. I have an android phone Galaxy S20 and I installed app on another android phone and the same thing happen. I don't think it is my phone as the other 2 sites work.

I am an installer and find this app very problematic and unreliable.Since moving over to BlueEye from Insite gold Ive had enless issues.Disconecting and reconecting the IP module seems to help but I can't constantly be driving to clients to reset the systems.Also please make the Disarm link green,the grey and blue colour coding makes the app appear offline.I have had numerous conversations with Spectrum Johannesburg about this.The creating new account feature is now time consumingly complicated.
