Appreciate the app and what is strives to be. Gotta stay fresh in the market to be competitive. This app feels rushed and options given does not add to the experience you would get in store. The app moves slow, the text is hard to see and the ability to order sauces to orders. This all can be fixed and hope to see a huge update in the future to get a better customer and UI experience.

Some of the stores locations look like they are a mom and pop operation. Some lacations need improvements and updating. Some locations are a simple conv store and some are a leftover or prev kitchen food. The New stores look modern and updated with full food service. But the shoddy ones are just sad and displeasing to the eyes and more!!

The app is complete trash. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm unable to place an order as of the newest update. When I try to place an order, it keeps putting me back to the select a store page. Selecting a store does nothing. Completely useless app now. I used to order food on the app all the time last year.

Today I got a pre made tuna salad sandwich, a cup of potatoe salad, a made to order 6" chicken salad sub, fries, a cold drink, and cup of coffee. Everything tasted great! The proportion sizes were in line with the cost. I buy from the Kelly Island ROCS frequently and have found their food service to be consistent. Two pieces of advice I give to others: 1) Ask if the chicken has been fresh as it does tend to dry out on slow days. 2) Ask to have fries put in a different box than cold sandwiches

I have a card and they tell me it's not active well I tried to activate it and it's saying my email is already in use so I hit the forgot password and it says no guests match. I can't activate my card. I tried w my husband's phone and same thing. I have over 700 points I can't even use bc my card won't activate. Please help.

My local Roc's (Falling Waters) is a great store very friendly staff always clean well stocked it's an overall great convenience store 😊
