The app is much more limited concerning options than the web version. If you want to touch the top frame of the screen, you end up moving the page. I have no idea why, but this is the only app where dragging the phone menu from above requires skillful touching; otherwise, you drag the book page. Moreover, if you have not locked the rotation of the screen, you will have fun seeing the app adjusting the text back and forth, an inefficient behavior. Try selecting text; you'll get a bad experience.

This is my second day of using the app. I like how the UI was designed as well as the usability. Unfortunately, I've encountered a problem that I've been unable to solve until now. I was reading smoothly then all of a sudden when I tried to transit to chapter 9 of the book I was reading, the text appears for a second, then dissappears completely. Kindly work on that, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it never solved.

The app doesn't seem particularly developed.. I haven't been able to add new "shelves" to sort my books, and there are extremely few additional options when reading (a search function would be really nice in particular). If it were a free library (run by ads?), then I would give it 5 stars. but with people paying (I understand it's not that expensive)- I expected better functions. All-in-all I am quite greatful for it though. It remains a great resource for short term study.

Failed authorization after registration (the same email&password combination works on web but failed on the app), fixed only after reinstallation. Embarrassungly slow book load: YT videos are downloaded faster than plain text. Questionable UX design where literally the main functionality of reading is hidden by bookshelfs and other supportive features. No rendering optimization, nearly any action can freeze the entire app. Hire a student from Asia to make the app for readers' sake...

I paid for service for nearly a year until I gave up because the app is so insanely frustrating. It crashes constantly. It frequently does not save one's place in the book. It doesn't really work offline. And the funny thing is that they haven't fixed anything even though after reading these reviews, clearly, many issues exist that have not been resolved since it launched. It's too bad because they have such a wonderful selection of books that you'll never read because of the app.

The highlight feature is not working properly on the app/website when using an android device. It highlights the text with the color and covers the words, making it unreadable. I would give 5 stars if that could be fixed. Edit: The issue seemed to have been with the book itself.

The cost doesn't match the benefit and the worst part is that it gets logged out if logged in to more than 1 device. That shouldn't be the case at ₹599 per month, Kindle Unlimited at ₹ 169 per month. Edit: I was not able to use 2 mobile devices when I logged in one, I was logged out on the other, and who accesses books through browser all the time doesn't make sense. So only 1 device was working for me. Also, the UI experience for reading was poor there was too much lag, no lock orientation!

THIS APP/WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND SHOULD BE SUED! SO FIRST YOU FORCE US TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH OUR EMAILS USING YOUR EXTERNAL WEBSITE BEFORE EVEN TRYING OUT YOUR APP, ONLY TO DISCOVER IT'S ALL PREPAID AND SUBSCRIPTION PLAN BASED... I MYSELF AND MANY OTHERS WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN DOWNLOADED YOUR APP, MUCH LESS SIGNED UP IF WE HAD KNOWN IT WAS A TOTAL LURING INTO YOUR GREEDY DEN... NOT TO MENTION THAT THE APP ON PLAYSTORE DOESN'T STATE THAT IT HAS "IN-APP PURCHASES" SHAME ON YOU!
