Debit cards don't work with Google pay, only credit cards. It says there is a connection error. When I sent in an email to info@Pita Pit, they brushed it off

Most useless app. If you can even login that is. Cannot sign in with email says to sign in with Google. Then when you do that it throws an error and does not allow you access to the app at all. Not even worth 1 star! Their rewars program has never worked properly, and seldom logs in properly either. Deleted immediately, will take business elsewhere.

App is frustrating to use. It encourages adding "favourites" but when reordering said favourite, it takes you straight to the checkout page and won't let you pick anything else on the menu. What if I'm ordering for more than one person and I have a favourite saved but they don't? I tried adding something else when my "favourite" was in the "cart" but it erased the order entirely? Confusing and frustrating to say the least.

It won't process my payment "due to connectivity issues". I've updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, and tried on 2 phones (Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S22 5G) and still can't get it to work. Pretty useless app if I can't use it to order food for pick up. Edited to add: It is now 2 weeks later. I've been in contact with customer support and they closed my ticket, but it isn't fixed yet.

Terrible. The layout is terrible, and it isn't intuitive(took me forever to figure out the scroll through along the top) My location states it has the option to order ahead with the app, but has only sponsor a meal, 2 kids menus and a feature to choose from. Completely useless. This may be the worst ordering app I've downloaded so far.

The recent update took away several of my favourite options. 1. Notes about your order, like sauce only on the grill or extra napkins. 2. Payment options. I'd rather pay in person, not be forced to pay through the app. 3. Preordering more than 30 min ahead and when the store is closed- we order the night before to pick up shortly after open. We love the ease of quick pickup. Please return these options!

App said I was gonna get 25% off when I use it for the first time. It showed it in cart. When I got the email receipt, it was full price. I went back in the app to check the order history, and it's now full price here as well. Nice way to trick people. Update 1: the app went from bad to worse. I literally have no way of ordering "today". Have tried on several different occasions and given up. Only let me order for tomorrow or another day in the future.

It does what it needs to but it's not nearly optimized. Please add the ability to select a favourite store so that the app doesn't automatically choose the one furthest away from me everytime. I have accidentally sent an order to the wrong place before because of this. And please add a reorder ability, going through the options every time is painful and unnecessary when you know exactly what you want and have gotten it before.
