It seems like a great app, but it falls short as order notes aren't passed to the takeaway. Until this is fixed it's useles for anyone with dietary preferences. Why give the option to send a note to the takeaway if they don't receive it and can't act on it? Why use the app if you won't receive and can't eat what you've ordered? This fault highlighted other shortcomings with the app also, I wasn't able to contact yourselves through the app. This should be a basic feature.

The app works prefectly fine but it's not very user friendly. It doesn't take PayPal, there is no review system (so you need to look at Just-Eat to view reviews of a specific place before you decide whether to order from them or not in Hartlepool Eats), the pricing is identical to Just-Eat, so if you need to check there for reviews anyway, why order through here? There's no way to feed back bad experiences with restaurants, which is an essential feature in this industry.

This app is easy to use but definitely needs a few things adding. I'd like to write and read reviews and have a favourites list instead of having to search for my usual restaurants. With an update this could easily be a great app.

Not a bad app, basically does what it says on the tin. Should be good if there was a feature that allows you to search for an outlet rather than scroll till you find what you want

I'm a bit of a technophobe and have struggled with other similar apps. This one is easy to use and there is a good choice. I've used quite a few and delivery has been great.

Just eat much bettter, can't leave reviews, no support on late orders or missing items. Only option is to call restaurant.
