Only one star. The app offers a joining offer that it was then going to charge me for. There was no way of finding the t&c for it in the app, so I can only see this as a con. There was an extra £2.99 added to the bill with no information provided on the app (It turned out to be a delivery charge, but only when I'd paid and got a receipt was this explained). The app isn't self contained as I then had to access my email and a website to get more details on delivery. Hope my pizza arrives!

app has failed, the last 3 or 4 orders I've attempted to make via the app always come up "payment failed" even though the account has more than enough money in. tried multiple cards none have worked. doesn't matter what I've ordered. or what deals are used. contacted the store to receive no help what so ever. what's the point in having the app if you can't collected ya slices and can't collect app only deals. tried uninstalling the app and re installing no difference. shambles.

Not a fan of the new update, very slow and prices keep changing after you've added another item. Can't remove a topping and change it for another without it charging an extra 80p when before it used to be free. Added a free pizza through the free slice option and kept charging £3.50 unless I ordered it last. Took me 10 mins to order which used to be done in 2.

The majority of the App works fine up until it comes to payment. The second you select the payment method, the "Pay Now" button becomes live on the screen, which you naturally press. This then activates a circle of doom that does nothing. What should be revealed are the boxes to input your card / payment details before the pay now button goes live. The only way to stop this is to quit the app and go back in. Also the icon for Google Pay is shown on the App, but it doesn't appear as an option.

Not very well designed. I tried to order 3 times and all the app says is that payment failed. Tried different methods and it still says payment failed, despite the charge and immediate refund. Turns out it's because I was trying to use a voucher the app didn't like. Why let me add the voucher in the first place if they were not compatible? Frustrating and needs better design.

App is super slow now, real time tracker never works, and you got rid of the deal bot. Way to "update" the app. Update: 15th November, placed on order for my birthday and now pizza hut is using uber to deliver and now my food is late. Might switch to domino's. It says on the app that by using a partner delivery service that it would speed up delivery, it has in fact made it much slower. I tried to email customer services, but it was pointless. It wouldn't let me submit pictures or the form.

App works fine as a guest. But I couldn't log in to claim my "slices" rewards. If you log in, it asks you to enter your account email, then sends you an email with a link to click to log in. That link just opens a browser window, entitled "passwordless", that says "If you are not redirected, click here.". Clicking here does nothing. Suggestion: Forget being clever with passwordless, and get customers to enter their email and password. But as a guest, the new app is really easy to use.

Every single time I try order and pay using the app the payment fails, every single time. I've tried multiple different bank cards every time I go through the payment process and press Pay it says Payment Failed. Each time I have to order via the website. I've collected 11 slices rewards so far so it's not like this is my first time around. Every single order I give up using the app and then use the website. The app is basically just for browsing now.
