the customization options are a little clunky, took my 5 tries to get from crust>sauce/cheese because it kept bypassing those selections and going straight to toppings. the bad part is you can complete the pizza until you've hit all the *required sections that it was skipping over. the website is much more user friendly.

First time using the online app so a bit confused on step progression, like when adding an item to a pizza. When finished adding an item and confirming I'd expect it to take me to the next step. But it just stayed on the same screen. That's why the 4 stars. So I just went to cart and everything was great! Really no problem navigating. The pizza I give 5 stars!

Somebody needs to do something about this app seriously. It takes about 15 minutes for the home screen to come up only to tease you for about 1 second of the login option to pop up and disappear before your reflexes can hit any button.. this app should not even exist if it's going to be continuously broken like this . I have used it with and without Wi-Fi, or I have tried to use it I should say. I have literally had this app for a year and a half and haven't been able to use it once!

Worked perfectly until last update. It's always had its little quirks, but was easy to use once I figured them out. Since the last update, though, clicking on the app immediately sends my phone to the lock screen & when I unlock it I only get the main Pizza Patron screen. Please fix it soon!

App stopped working altogether. It doesn't load, you cannot order, it doesn't even log in. It's false login. So it says your logged in, shows the information, but that's it. No perks, no coupons, nothing. Website is down too, when it comes to existing accounts so there is no workaround.

Update: 7/26/2021 The app is useless, can't place orders. It is upsetting, I will no longer use it. I am deleting and using a different pizza place from now on. The app offers many great deals, the prices are always lower than the competitors and the quality of the food is often better as well. So far not a single issue with the app.

Recently my app stopped working I sent email to customer service where I explain what is going on I can still place an order but I am not able to use my rewards points. I also keep getting a message on there that says" awaiting news", hopefully somebody will contact me soon because I would not like to lose all the points I have. That's why the 2 stars. I've been holding off on updating my app and after reading a few comments I think I'm going to wait a bit longer .

App works fine on new phone. Otherwise Great redesign although a suggestion would make it way better imo: having to type my address to find a store every time is lowkey annoying, use my phone's location. Edit 2/10/25: My favorite feature is back!! Thank you for re-adding the "pay restaurant directly"
