This app used to work great, but now when I open it, it asks me to verify my phone number. When I input my phone number it states that the number is already in use. Of course it's in use - I used it when I signed up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same error. I can no longer get past this screen and the app is unusable.

This app never works properly! It's usually only good for placing online orders but even that doesn't function most of the time. You can never pay with a gift card or order for delivery. Sometimes adding a dessert to your order will make it so you cannot complete your order. If you earn a reward you can't have it added to a pickup order before you actually arrive so you have to wait for it to be made.

It's fine - I've been using to track points for a few years and successfully used it a few days ago for a curbside pickup order. Problem was that the app asked for a review of my order before I'd even gotten my food. When one of the sandwiches turned out awful, I wasn't able to go back and review once I'd actually RECEIVED AND EATEN MY FOOD.

This app always messes up. Looks like you have a reward to redeem but by the time you are paying the code doesn't work or if the wrong one is pushed you have to wait for one to expire to use the other... Then neither work. It's a good con to get you into the restaurant though

App will not run. Downloaded and installed the River Rewards app, but the app would NOT run on my Android phone. The splash screen of the app would display then it would lock up and not finish loading. What a waste of my time.

Earn rewards function is not working. The app won't let me scan in the barcode or enter it manually. It just gives a pop-up saying that my phone's camera doesn't work (the camera works fine). Without this function working the app is pointless.
