Horribly slow application. Takes almost a minute and a half to bring up a camera when you want to see live feed. By then the crime is already committed. Doesn't always pick up people coming and going. I had people in my yard for almost 45 minutes the other day and the camera never alerted to anything. The cameras have very nice picture quality. And they were easy to set up with the performance is so horrible, it's almost useless for any kind of security. Cameras continually disconnect from cloud

There are 3 versions of this app. Lot of people are getting confused like myself. The Play store will only allow you to download one. If you the bata version you won't receive notices unless you go into the app and change some permissions. The one link that can open is 360 but that is only a hot spots when setting up cams. After cam connects to hit spot it should allow a second link, homeveryago. That when it's connected to your wifi and send you the notices. It took me sometime to find the bug.

I had to leave my apartment for weeks while it was being worked on so I installed these cameras to keep an eye on our belongings. The cameras are clear and I have had no issues with the app. The batteries were still good when I returned, even with all the movement. However the subscription is a total waste - I haven't been able to access a single cloud video. You also need a pro subscription to see the cameras in real time on your laptop but it's free in the app, so that's a bit silly.

Camera has smooth movement, when trying to move the camera, or zoom in and out. Video quality is decent, if internet stays steady. Sound could be better. It glitches and lags a lot, when trying to have a conversation with someone through this camera. I like that secondary users have access to past events.

App is trash, and cameras are even worse. Few months old and one camera is already dead and the other works when it feels like it. Even when they worked, they worked terribly. Detection zones don't work at all. Picks up things outside the set zone better than things within it. Poor image quality. Poor audio quality. Live feed and video playback work when they feel like it. Choppy video. Connectivity issues. Signs you out and won't let you back in til it feels like it. Save your money.

UPDATE: DO NOT BOTHER. worst ever.. customer service does not help. HORRIBLE. I noticed a lot of reviews have same/similar issues. Everytime I clicked to watch live, it goes to log in then goes back to same page.. and there's nothing I can do. Time setting is weird as hell, it goes by gmt so time is off on my end. Giving another wk, if still same issue.. will return useless camera and for wasting time and causing me stress.. If it goes well, will be back to update post.

Cameras just stopped being connected to wifi and keep saying wrong password when trying to resync . Thing is it's not the wrong password it's the right password. On top of the video lagging all the time. prior to the wifi problem as well as it not detecting motion or sending notifications..really starting to feel like I wasted my money on these cameras .try contacting customer service gets you no where as they only email and clearly dont know how to read and comprehend what the issues are

July 2, 2024: Tried installing on a new phone and it says it's the wrong password. Using the same password as on my other phone, which continues to work well enough. Sept 29, 2024: I installed the latest update. Now, I don't even get a screen to put in any user info. It just immediately tells me there is a password error and won't let me in!
