This is app is terrible. Bookmarking is clunky at best, at worst it'll delete them all. Constantly restarting itself. Audio reads for 2 minutes if you're lucky and then stops suddenly. You go back to find out where you left off but there's no way to know. You have to guess where the audio cut off. If then you're able to find out where you left off good luck having the software work with you. It'll just keep restarting from the first lines of the chapter. Hope textbooks move away from this app.

I've only had the app for two days. I had to download it to read one of my required texts. The problem is it takes you to the first page of the chapter anytime the screen goes black or you switch to another app. I can't get it to go back to the page I was on, and having to constantly scroll to find my page is so time-consuming and annoying.

App is constantly crashing on both my Samsung phone and tablet. I use the audio feature. After crashing, the app takes me back to the beginning of the chapter. The "page to" feature will not work - pages, but reads the beginning of the chapter. I then back out, select my book and drops me in to the beginning of the chapter. So I have to figure out what page I was on, then "page to". Via mobile, the "page to" window is not visible during input. I contacted support: re-installed on both devic

This app simply does not work!!!! the text is wider than the phone screen, no clear options how to switch to horizontal and enable text to fit. also cannot shrink the text to make it readable. nor does highlighting work. massive waste of time! lots needs to be fixed, because at the moment the only thing it creates is stress and frustration

Platform sucks. It's impossible to use as it always says you're offline after literally 5 seconds of going to another app and highlighting is difficult because it doesn't let yo adjust your text selection. App is truly one of the worst.

It's cool that they have an app, but it sucks that it cannot remember where I was on the page. Even if I switch to messaging to answer a text and then come right back into the app it looses my spot. Super frusterating.

Ever since purchasing my first RedShelf title through my school's online bookstore, I prefer to buy all my books from them whenever they have the title. It is most likely cheaper than the physical copy, weighs a lot less to carry, and I trust the author gets his/her royalty as he/she should. (This helps keep book prices reasonable).

I wish I could give no stars. This is the worst ereading app ever. If you have to choose between using this or getting the physical book, I would tell you to just get the book. You spend more time trying to use it, and then you will get any reading done. I regret getting my book through them.
