Every day, I love Right Bite more and more. First of all, the delivery. It suits me perfectly, and that's why I started a subscription with them. I admit that in the beginning, I didn't like some of the meals. However, once I tried more and more dishes, I began to find meals that I absolutely love 😍. On top of that, I can choose my meals weeks in Advance 👍. Finally, after trying many services, this is the perfect one for me 🥰. Please keep it up. I depend on you 🥲

I have a 4am to 8am time slot. My food was delivered midday yesterday and still hasn't been delivered today. I'm trying to contact support but the app keeps crashing.

The food is so testy and liked all of the meals so far. I'm on my 3rd day of wight loss program so too early to see the resultes but the food is good and delivery service on time!

Brings meals late by day and brings 2 in a day, does not commit to the time and doesn't even contact you just change it by themselves and brings it whenever they want!

App keeps glitching by omitting/hiding meal menus all together, when trying to to report the issue was instructed that it was due to my dislikes, making sound it's the customers fault. Even thought in other days the same "dislikes" were actually present as an option! Keeping the low rating canceling my subs till they actually fix the app and improve the quality of their response!

Very late delivery most of the time. Brings breakfast after 10.30 or 11am. Whats the point. Ruins the whole day schedule. No customer care chat option. Very hard to get them on phone. Delivery guy doesnt answer.

I Wanted to resubscribe through the app, but couldn't do so as the credit card was not getting saved. I had to redo the process 4 times then I gave up. Why have an app if it's not fully functional nor transactional?!
