I am unable to use the app unless I am sitting in the car with it turned on...this is useless for busy people who have to stay on the move and can't just sit in their car all day looking for videos. When I attach to the "wifi" in the car my phone no longer works until I get off of the wifi. Camera works great but the app sucks.

App was working like a charm since I got my rove camera months ago, new update comes along and now the app won't even open, it just keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't open.

from the camera view the pic looks great. I haven't been able to figure out how to view the videos it takes though. might just be me, but so far the app doesn't show any videos *found the videos. User error for sure.

Took a bit to get the App running. Couldn't figure out why my Android would not Sync with the camera. After about a week, my friend figured it out trying to use his iPhone. His phone prompted him that the new device needed a firmware update. Once that was done, everything is perfect. Don't know why Android didn't prompt that. But all is good now and the front/rear camera system is great. Recommend

Rarely connects to R2-4K Dual, fortunately the dashcam menu is pretty good so I can do everything without my phone. Managing downloaded files is difficult—there's no "select all" to delete, and even when I try to delete individually, the "confirm" button doesn't work (rear videos only). This might be a scaling issue since I use larger fonts for accessibility. The Help Center screen is nearly illegible because of overlapping text; this is why I suspect scaling bugs.

Never really worked all that well. I had to update the software, and that apparently wipped the camera from memory. Then i tried using it and it wouldn't pull any video from the camera. I tried putting it in live view mode (got the "recording started" notification) and drove an hour to work. Upon arriving, i checked the play back, and it showed nothing recorded. Not really sure what the purpose of this software is, seems rather useless.

Now i can't access any of the saved files and can't view any recordings. The latest update killed my app. Nothing is there anymore. Edit. You must try to turn off wifi calling, mobile data, VPN (if you use that) And repeat this incantation "Klaatu Barada Nikto" Note, if you say it incorrectly you will lose your firstborn. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Cannot get this app to work. Wi-Fi connects to my phone and then disconnects. Update: I had to use an older phone, download the app to that, connect the phone to the camera through Wi-Fi to update the firmware. After the firmware was updated, the camera would connect to my newer phone. The app and camera both work well but this is a stupid thing to deal with.
