Extremely slow. You will get your food very cold, and you will probably want to reheat it again. The user interface is basic and sometimes stupid. You have to call the support to cancel your order.

One hour or more to deliver within the campus, thats terrible Lacks basic functionality to even cancel a order unless you contact them over whatsapp

Good But Not Great. The delivery fee is just 5 SAR 😃. But the delivery time is long (upto 1 hour or more! ☹).
