can you make it to when android hits the back button it doesnt close the app and instead works as it's supposed to by closing the side windows or going back to a previous screen. it drives me crazy that touching off the page will close it but the back button shuts the whole app. other than that it's wonderful.

Frustrating. At times the frame will get stuck zoomed into a picture i am viewing for work and cant exit at all. I have to rotate my phone 90° and back to get the close button to appear. Can also be supper laggy which is the most frustrating. When im trying to close out or clock out and move on with my day the app seems to freeze and no functions will work. I never write reviews and i get so irritated with Service Titan some days i would delete it if i didnt need it for work.
Forward Discipline
Zero stars. Glitches constantly, doesn't recognize your username and password five times in a row, then does suddenly after you reset password, but password reset doesn't work either. This app sucks. They have training material and sessions, but guess what? Clueless presenter. If I hear her say "circle back to that" one more time I'm gonna leave.

When loading videos, the videos erase and / or take a longer time for videos to load. When the videos are loading, it backsup all the other information in the red dot. I had to reset the app, and I lost all of my prior pictures and information on the app. It needs to be fixed. That's why its getting 3 stars instead of five stars. If uploading the video problem gets fixed, I'll change too five stars.

Fixed needed: 1. Since I've been using this app for the past 7 months, I always find myself needing to refresh the app when I pull up to a customers house. When I try to hit the "arrive" button, it does nothing unless I refresh the app and try again immediately. 2. Just purchased new phone last week(Pixel 8 Pro). Since using this app on the new phone, I am no longer able to upload pictures of the job onto the customers account. The screen freezes and pics are not added. Please fix these issues.

Uses a lot of battery power, constantly freezes and can't sync when it has the cloud symbol and line through it. Sometimes the app arrives me on the job automatically and sometimes it doesn't, so always have to check and be sure it says working or arrived. Sends an annoying email every time I dispatch myself. There is no need to send an email, I just tapped on the dispatch button, I know I dispatched myself.

(10/5/22) service Titan for mobile is getting to the point where it is almost non-usable. I've uninstalled it cleared the catch reinstalled it I even deleted it completely out of the Play store history and reinstalled it. still having the app close out on me over and over again. it is completely unprofessional especially when you're trying to just take a payment and you can't even do that. (8/1/24) now I can't call my customer when I'm in route. kind of a problem when you're on call

Not sure who to blame. We used to be able to view old proposals but now when a proposal is sold, it pulls up blank. Very inconvenient. When trying to copy and paste items from the jobs, it doesn't work all the time and takes up time. When the price book is updated, it would be nice to show what was changed versus going back to the dashboard and you just have to figure out what went up if you come across it.
