Not sure if someone new took over control of app development, but it's gotten SO much better in the past year. I especially love that we can transfer custom amounts of money into our wallet instead of the $10 increments. My only issue is that for a while now, the only "free items" with deliveries over $10 are slurpees, whereas there used to be a good variety of snacks and drinks offered.

This app is a big disappointment my order was returned without notifying me on 2 different occasions plus it being a fast Convenient store app it doesn't give you a option to order a bag of ice it's so Frustrating, when this is one of the only delivery apps that will allow you to purchase tobacco products. But I guess they're so busy and have no delivery drivers. And to get any kind of assistance with a refund are any help with the situation is almost impossible and so time Consuming get app

Out of the three times I've even used this I have had orders cancelled repeatedly, the app switching it to pickup and the only time I was able to get something CLOSE to me I had to walk a quarter mile to the front of my complex. Don't waste your time.

I like the app for the scanning go feature but as far as trying to put in a mobile order with this or the actual 7-Eleven app is ridiculous there are about eight 7-Elevens near me but it keeps saying you cannot get deliveries no stores in your area it is so frustrating somebody really needs to fix these apps at this point you're just better off going to the store and buying it instead of trying to order it and this is why they need to do away with online ordering

Went through all the steps for a refund because a dasher kept half my stuff. Didn't get it cause the order was right when it left the store. Doesn't mean the dude didn't keep my stuff. Shouldn't have to put a negative review just to get noticed or have your customer service try and kiss butt now. I uninstalled and do not recommend this app to anyone. Other delivery services are better and will at least refund what you don't get.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, despite me inputting the correct one for my home in the app. When calling the driver about it, he told me to "go get it myself" and that "He never makes mistakes" and was just escalating the situation unapologetically. I pressed get help and submitted a ticket about this but have not receieved any help at all, and I'm a gold member.... I used to enjoy this app.

VERY BAD, ordered twice, no items, no money back, not my problem their driver was the problem but I have to wait for my money for more that 5 days. Customer service answer reading from an script Not recommended. They Don't care about customers, instacart is better they care about clients. This is a trash app

7now are thrives their drivers drop off where ever they want snap a picture of the random location and report that your order was delivered even though you never got it! Then you put In a ticket! Like hey your driver never delievered my order, they reference a random picture that isnt your house saying it was delivered so sorry you have to choke on the money you spent for items you never got! If you want to throw away your money and never recieve the items you paid for THIS APP IS FOR YOU
