Update: VPNs are pointless on android and apple now. Old review: It has a good computer vpn but the mobile vpn is always disconnecting. You really need to implement an auto reconnect feature that is standard on the majority of vpns. Response Edit: How you can assist is by making it where you have an auto reconnect ability if it disconnects. It is bothersome when you connect, then 3 seconds later it disconnects, then it is good for a few hours.

They bought my old service, ibVPN, which I'd recently been getting fed up with. It seemed to throttle bandwidth after 1gb, and I'd have to reconnect to get normal speeds again. That's not the case since converting to StrongVPN. It's very stable, and doesn't seem to throttle the bandwidth. -1 star for a combination of no killswitch (which, again, this seems to be very stable but killswitches are nice comforts), and for the limited protocols, though it does have what most people would need/want.

This VPN used to work, app wise on my Android Moto X, but now it's not working, won't connect to any location. At the same time it doesn't work either on my way Windows 10 laptop, used to work fine, now I'm wondering if it ever worked or was it all just a smoke screen of false hope in covering up my searches. To bad a paid for a year, and it's been only 4 months, will be doing some research on the the next VPN, suggestions?

Does not work on cellular data since last update. - I have now updated the app and as one would expect it works perfectly. I've been using this company for years simply because they are the best. Plus their support is fantastic. Highly recommend it to anyone anywhere. May2020 Just an update since my last post - the app is now 💯% brilliant. Definitely not worth looking at any others as this is my 'go-to' VPN app.

Stopped working on latest android update. Just get an error message and cannot connect.

Already spent enough time with your support staff thanks - they blame my phone, and my laptop Might be good elsewhere, but virtually useless in China. Even when it will actually connect it is so slow to be almost useless. I spend far more time searching for usable servers, reconnecting and disconnecting, reactivating my account whenever it decides to tell me the password is wrong, and contacting with support, than I do actually using the app.

Used to be good, garbage for the last year. Loses connection to servers through the day. Case in point, I had to close this app just for this review page to finally load so I can describe the garbage that it is. Tech support has always been friendly and professional though, it's just that they can't fix it.
