Reset password is broken. Followed the emailed link, entered new password twice, but then the reset button did nothing. Using a Pixel 4a with latest Android version. This is a crucial feature for accessing your service, not to mention account security. Please fix it.

End of sentences/statements disappear meaning I have to spend ages deciphering the UI. Clunky and slow, unappealing to look at. Poor function, outdated in nearly every aspect compared to modern ordering apps. Still, at least it technically works

This app is disfunctional, unintuitive and a waste of time to use. Unfortunately due to covid a necessity. Purchasing anything through it is a slog through technology similar to that of sisyphus where every action takes you back to null. The inability to correctly accept information and accept an order makes me believe that a underpaid monkey was given the task of creating it. And the monkey only out together the code for it in the last 5 mins when it realised its deadline was coming up. Avoid

Awful app. Does not work and took too long between 3 of us to try order our food. The app keeps closing when I'm trying to delete my address. It won't remove things from my basket. Not the best service at all.

Absolutely awfully, the app barely works and has an unintelligent user interface. It doesn't save payment methods and even when you do pay it doesn't register. Absolutely useless.

Tried multiple cards and multiple phones but it wouldn't work. Ridiculous app, sort out the payment system. We had to ask the table next to us to order for us and then mess around making a bank transfer.

No suggestions when you fill the payment card forms. Security God knows if it exists. No PayPal Google pay/easier than credit card payment methods. App is clearly work in progress. It is a good start but it's still Mickey Mousey...

App is awfully designed. No way to check out as guest. The option to add a card isnt obvious due to the hidden scroll bar. Adding a card was too slow.
