The old app was great, 100% reliable, however this new one is dire! Keeps crashing, is mostly unresponsive, keep getting error message, 'app unresponsive do you want to close it, or wait'. I have used forced stop, and a reinstall, no difference. Also, just spent 15 minutes making a collection order (takes forever with a non responsive screen). What a con - they try & charge a compulsory 25p for a bag?? You get it FREE when you go instore!

Cannot create an account. The app accepts my email address. Unfortunately, when creating a password, the app does nothing when clicking the "Save Password" button, despite all the required components having a green tick next to them. This renders the app completely useless. As such, it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Really badly made app. I've been using this app for ten minutes and already: - keeps flicking back and forth between screens - I have to click "add to basket" then "no I don't want extras" then "add to basket" again - had to put in three different apparently valid passwords before it decided to accept one - unlike every other food app I've used (e.g. Mcdonald's, kfc) there is no check in step and the order will be started immediately - "contact store" phone number link is missing leading zero

The order process is barely functional. It crashes, lags so much it's near impossible to scroll, and if you actually manage to get to the end of your order with often freezes up at the payment stage. With the amount of time you'll spend trying to work the thing it's quicker and easier to just wait in line.

Useless! Won't open when you log in. Can't add points later using receipt like you could before. New points system sounded good, but the app is a virtual brick! Update! Still hopeless. At least now I can login. Tried placing an order but got an "Uh-oh" message that the store wasn't accepting breakfast orders. I didn't order a breakfast! Clear that message, and I'm told my order's empty, but basket still shows there's items in it. Now I can't order on the app! 😤 A real "chocolate teapot" app!

absolutely awful app, constant problems with login, doesn't seem to be able to use biometrics. And when you can't login it directs you to a page called "app support" or something like that but when you spend ages filling out all the fields you find all it does it allow you to review some store!!!!! Nothing at all to help with the continuous login screw ups. At least the old rewards system and app worked!!!!!

The app is a terribly optimised, it feels like it was barely tested before release. Login must be done every time you want to open the app. Biometrics can't be used, so account and password have to be entered. I usually have to do this twice to get onto the landing page. Navigating to different pages takes way too long, even with a fast phone. I've had bo issues when ordering food. The deals on here are ok, but the are few and far between. Loyalty point value is way worse than the last app

Constant upgrades and login changes. You turn up in a store to add your rewards and find the app requires a download. There is poor signal. The staff tell you not to worry and you can scan the barcode to claim your reward. You try later and find out they were either lying or wrong and don't know their own programme.
