Missing basic functionality like remembering your address, filtering out restaurants that dont deliver to you or are closed, easy canceling... the deliveries are not as good as Wolt and the fees are higher also. I really wanted to support a competitor of a company that is monopolizing delivery but this service is just bad.

the worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. if you don't like something and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you dont want. then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an ai bot , only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.

Efficient app. Wish there was a way to choose a payment method at checkout instead of defaulting to one of a number of credit cards I added to my profile during setup. Menu prices on the app are actually higher than at the establishments, plus the additional fees and delivery charges. No ability to create a "favorites" list.

The delivery fee of some restaurants differs between screens; The temporary code feature shows only nearby restaurants (why do I even need to choose a restaurant to get a temporary code?), and the list is not fully visible (cannot scroll to the end); The delivery fee is not always automatically added to the total order sum, you have to press the text field for it to appear. There are a lot more small bugs, and the general experience is not very good.

It's functional as a food ordering application. It has many annoying features, such as promotional notifications you can't turn off, awful awful support chat lacking in human presence and overloaded with emojis, and the unnecessary search for a GPS-based location even when your address is already saved on your account. If your GPS is off, it'll take like 10 seconds to realize it's off. If it's on, it'll give you a wrong location that might rob you of workplace deals or group orders.

App is reasonably good, but freezes sometimes, sometimes logs me ogg, and won't let me change the associated email (more a fault of the service itself, I suppose)

The app is buggy. It disconnects me frequently, forcing me to use the browser. During peak hours the app doesn't load properly. My meals often don't arrive. In most cases this is because TenBis doesn't send my order to the restaurants or sends the order with a different name and address. The customer support is lacking on so many levels. They take forever to amswer and seem to never know what's going on. The only reason I continue using this abomination of an app is because it's a company card.

The concept is good, but the delivery service is inferior to Wolt: 1. No real-time tracking for orders from many restaurants. 2. Late / wrong deliveries: I ordered using this app three times: Once the food was delivered 3 hours after the order was placed. Another time, they messed up the order, and I had to contact customer support. I basically only use this app because of the monthly 10 Bis credit that my employer gives me
