Had a technical issue with the app where it wouldn't let me add a promo. Even sent screenshots for proof and technical support and told me nothing was wrong with the app. That it did what it was supposed to. So I will not be using this app anymore due to safety concerns. I've never had such difficulties dealing with technical issues with customer service in my life. Do better sonny's.

I recently visited Sonny's BBQ and tried their brisket sandwich and baby back ribs, and I have to say, both were absolutely delicious! The brisket was perfectly tender and had just the right amount of smoky flavor, while the baby back ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, with a sweet and tangy glaze that hit all the right notes. If you're a BBQ lover like me, Sonny's is definitely the place to go for a satisfying meal!

My wife and I have driven by Sonny's BBQ in Rock Hill, SC, for three years and thought we'd give it a try, finally. We have now visited the restaurant 4 times in the past 2 months. The food is delicious, especially the jalapeño smoked sausage and chopped brisket, the macaroni and cheese is to die for, and the wait staff is A+. Now, the ribs special is available every day. What more could you ask for? Thanks for introducing us to a slice of heaven. I would highly recommend it.

The only problem I have with the app is the credit card information. My husband and I have a joint account for our credit card but each of the cards have different numbers. We each have the app and we put our card info on our accounts. When I tried to add his card number to mine, it wouldn't let me add it because it was on his app. Not sure if one of us needs to close our account or what.

Food is good and always served up hot...the waitresses and staff are always smiling and friendly....prices are moderate...plenty of space for parking and seating...we will definitely be back again!

There are a lot of bugs. it took me 15 mins to add card because it would not accept 2 of my cards entered manually. I had 2 take a picture each time.

This app requires your card information to get the promotional reward of signing up. No reason for them to have my card info. I have multiple reward programs and NONE asked for card information.
