Easy to navigate, plenty of payment options to help you order your Jollibee favorites quickly. But still having some trouble in setting my delivery address accurately (it will set a different subdivision name that's about a kilometer away, but I understand this could be a third-party API limitation), so the workaround is to include very specific instructions in the notes.

does not have a perfect interface but manageable and easy to navigate. It looks confusing at first but once you get used to it, you can use it smoothly. It's a plus factor that they acknowledge the discounts for PWDs and senior citizens. Kudos to Jollibee team for that.

Tried their app a few months back but it was difficult to navigate and had plenty of issues. But I tried again recently and to my surprise their app is somewhat smoother now. Although, I would like to suggest to add more characters to input in the instructions part. Because I can't say what I want clearly since my location is kinda difficult to find.

Where are your riders? You used to have delivery riders here in CDO. Now, we have to pay for a delivery charge since you are using Food Panda delivery riders. I even experience some missing items before and there is no way to contact the Jollibee stores. Good thing you already added another option to contact the Store where we are ordering. I now encountered another problem. In the app, it stated that my order was already delivered. And yet I still haven't received it.

It keeps changing my actual address for my neighbors. So it really difficult to order normally. Service is good but the app just keeps messing up the address where it is supposed to be sent.

The app charged P10 to save my card details so that I will not have to enter my details over and over. But everytime I order, I still have to put it AGAIN. Inconvenient. Also, I have been ordering in a particular branch and called me that they transferred my order to other branch. If I know, they only transferred my order because of my payment method. If the payment method is not available, it should not be in the options. I end up cancelling my order. Not gonna use the app again. 😡

Ordered a bucket of chicken and they call after I finished the transaction and telling me that it will take 2 hours, 2 freakin hrs for 1 bucket of chicken and the store was just 6-7km away from our house, if I wasnt tired from work I would just drive there. The app was good but the food services of this app is horrible.

Please fix it so you don't get logged out when you minimize the app. I want to be able to navigate between different apps while waiting for my order without having to re-log in every time I open another app. It's such a hassle. Overall, the UX could use more work.
