Super slow and glitchy, but with patience you can get it done! Search function isn't perfect, I have been unable to find items I KNOW are in the store but can't find the right name. I've searched by brand name and that also didn't work. Overall using the search function is incredibly slow, glitchy, and tracks the # of times you tap while it's frozen, so it's kind of a mess.

Solid and reliable. I placed multiple orders, both for delivery and pickup. Glitch free. It serves up a barcode that gets scanned by the clerk, to fetch your waiting order. I'll be surprised if this is some stock, off the shelf, storefront. It looks to be a custom designed, well tested, reliable app.

Super buggy when trying to add more than one of a single item type. If I try to add a second bottle of anything to my cart after selecting it, the screen pops up for like a half second and then disappears again. Came here because I thought there might be an update that solved that, but nope. Please feel free to reach out to me, Support, for a video screenshot or better explanation. I'm on a Samsung S24+ with newest app version.

the password forgot needs fixing. the website doesn't work, keeps saying "something went wrong" was advised from the store after they created my account to do forgot password on the app. but nothing happens after inputting my email. the "send verification " button does nothing. it's like a broken background code that clicks but no Actually action is taking place.

4/14/2021 Love This App 10/4/2024. I used to love this app. However, it is very glitchy now. I have created lists of my favorite things, but all of a sudden, I can't access my lists. At 1st, it was only certain lists I couldn't see, but now they won't pull up at all. Yes, I'm using the latest version, I checked for updates before this review. Please fix this.

like the layout of the app, but really needs bugs worked out. when scrolling through list it hangs up and starts repeating what you have already seen and can't get further. frustrating. I also like to filter for all stores on the website. need this feature on the app. please resolve these issues Total Wine. I pause the app and use the website until I'm ready to check out.

It works well...when it works. At times unable to bring up order in app when at the store for pickup. I have been trying for 3 days to add a pickup date, but the app just has a bar that goes up and down the screen in one motion, but doesn't allow a pickup date Entry. I have now missed a great 20% off sale. FIX THE BUGS. S23 Ultra w/current updates to phone and app.

Up until this minute I've really enjoyed this app and the flexibility it gives me to order ahead, pay ahead, get deliveries, etc. Most days it's flawless. But today it won't let me pay online or set a pickup time...I need to pick up and I will have both my dogs as I'm otw out of town and the convenience of paying ahead and picking up curbside would be really helpful right now. Any other day I'd give it 5 stars, which I may come back and do, but I need consistency!
