Apart from the obvious flaws like having to sign in every time one needs to book a trip, it's become impossible to purchase a ticket on the app nor on the website because of a consistent payment error concern regardless of the payment card, name or details. Yet, a call to their customer service unit waits incredible amount of time without them admitting that there's a problem with the platform nor being able to render a solution.

Too rigid. The app requires that you know which of a departure/destination point's stop or station the service calls at and just says 'no service' instead of 'next service is ...' or 'nearest service is...'. It also doesn't calculate combined routes & connections. If it's not a direct service the app is stumped. Useless for adventurers! And they wonder why everyone flocks to R2R or Omio. Would also like bus stop touches to pop up what services use it.

So I just signed up for an account following a coach ticket purchase and I think it'd be a great thing to have an app that covers my very basic needs of viewing my ticket and seeing times etc (similar to the Trainline app which is excellent). Except I can't even log in with my account; there's no option to so I might as well just use the web browser where it has my details and times and so on? What's the point of the app then? Absolutely useless.

Great service but its super annoying to have to fill out most of your details every time you want to buy a ticket. I use the coach sort of regularly and it would be great if the app would save your details like credit card info, coach card info address so that you can just press buy ticket and it does it for you like on trainline. It's fine for a one time thing but for regular users its super annoying. Would be super grateful if this could be fixed 🙏

Probably the worst and most useless app i ever used. You can't login or create an account. You can't save the ticket you bought. You can't save the ticket on your phone, the option Add to Wallet is absolutely terrible adding wrong information, instead of departure time it's showing time of arrival, thank you for missing the bus 🙄 Did anyone actually ever used this app and have anything positive to add?

Going on National Express coach is a wonderful experience, good organization, took my time to pick a fault but there was no fault to identify that's to let one know that the company operates at a high professional standard. The drivers appearance, mode of communication is excellent. National Express coach is the overall best in UK transport coach company. Keep the good work going.👍👍👍

The app used to be pretty bad and slow and unusable but basically functional. But with the new update "sign in with Google" is gone and I can't log into my account making the app completely useless. Despite the fact it looks nicer and works a bit better in the booking flow I can't use it if I can't log in to get rid of the pointless booking fee.
