This app is useless after I upgraded phones. I log in and it greets me with all menus that I can toggle through... With white screens and no indication that anything is loading. I have only been able to make payments on a desktop. Please fix this I see another review of someone who has this issue 5 months ago. My phone is the One+ 12R.

Login on my new phone, and nothing is loading, nor does it say it's loading. This is a problem because now I can't pay, nor put in for maintenance issues. Don't get me started on the way you have to log in. Plus, others have already talked about this. Overall, the app is cheap and only works part of the time. You're forced to use it, but again, it doesn't always work. Say something negative about, 'Well, that's on you'. Feels like they don't care about any opinions nor that it's working for you.

This app is ridiculously clumsy. 1st you have to go the app and log in with your email. Then you have to go to your email, find the appropriate email, click on the link, then you have to go online and sign in AGAIN just to get into the app. THEN the app does not even offer what it says. i.e. under documents you would expect a copy of your lease papers, etc. but nope you just get nothing other than an nonprintable listing of dates and people on your lease and how many cars you have.

Logging in to the app hasn't worked for me for days. Fortunately I have autopay set up so I didn't have to worry about trying to get a check to the office or something. Even when it works it's clunky and the old computer interface was perfectly adequate if itself not great.

Well, I can say this app is easier to navigate than the website. Easier to make payments, easily see what money is owed, easy to make maint requests and view your monthly statements. They recently made a change that requires a two-step verificaton, which can be annoying, but I guess necessary.

For an app that I HAVE to use almost daily, the way you have to go about logging in is rather tedious and getting tiresome. It was recommended to me to use Google login. Based on the email connected to my account, which I refuse to change because the email I use is my professional email, which isn't a Google email, I can not use that feature. I don't understand why I can't just use my biometrics to log into the app.

First it takes forever just to log in as other users stated. I wanted to make a simple update and couldn't and now I'm getting a blank screen once I signed in. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is still a blank screen. Please fix!

Will not allow you to log in directly. When I log on using the email option, I am told to open an email that the app sends, which then takes me right back to the app. Not sure why the app is set up this way.
