The proctors are unnecessarily strict, actively promote a toxic testing environment as well as have absolutely no knowledge of the course material that is presented. I was threatened with loss of exam and then turned away from writing an exam solely because of the keyboard I use. I had a "gaming" keyboard. All of my questions of "what kind of keyboard I should get" were answered with "a normal keyboard" absolutely no help! They also act/answer as if replying from a script. Possible bots?

Incredibly badly designed. This is what u get when you outsource app development to offshore center. The app feels like it is something designed by a bunch of first year computer science students. Some of the issues 1. The app goes full digital zoom which meant that the camera had to be placed more than 12 feet away from the computer. Even at that distance it was not able to capture my full profile. 2. Its buggy and prone to crashing 3. Support feels more like a bunch of power hungry students

One of the WORST apps I have ever used; if not the absolute worst. Not user friendly at all. Thanks to this ridiculous app, I missed my exam and will need to reschedule. It amazes me how unnecessarily complicated this service makes something fairly straightforward so unnecessarily complex. In addition, the customer service is absolutely pathetic. I spoke politely to the customer service agent, and requested if he could wait while I get through it, and the guy hung up after few seconds.

The program is so poorly designed and the crew that are running it are incredibly disrespectful of students circumstances. They don't have a size requirement for an isolated space, but will be happy to tell you the space too big, even though it's isolated. They tell you to rip up papers with your required student info, but then you still need to retype your info, so you have to read through all your torn paper. That's just a small example. Overall, it sets students up for failure. Do better.

The mobile app isn't the greatest. The camera proctoring function zooms in for some reason. The desktop experience on the other hand. Also, horrible. Once in an exam, my phone disconnected for some reason, I tried to warn the proctor, but the messaging function wasn't working. So I decided to reconnect it anyway and got a warning for using my phone. WhAT, rEalLy? I cAn'T uSe PhOnE??? :O This is just one of the many reasons I hated taking tests that used Proctortrack.

I wish I could give this terrible app zero stars. Doesn't work at all, crashes when you try to take a room scan, and the support from the company is non-existent. Worked for the onboarding exam, and then crashed every time after that. If you have to use this for taking an exam I wish you the best of luck, as it almost caused me to miss my exam. Terrible beyond description.

Very frustrating. So terrible. Even 1 star is too much for them. I have to sit 6 hrs on a chair for 2 hrs exam. Every time it gets freeze on screen monitor issue window. After hitting share screen button it doesn't move to step 2 and you just see popup window of screen monitoring issue LOL. It looks like developed with full of errors. And customer care ppl take remote of your computer and ask you to wait and watch for hours.

The record button for the camera function is missing. It is present on the iOS app but not on the Android version. You effectively cannot complete preboarding because you cannot record the video required as the record button doesn't exist, making this app useless. The technical support team is also incompetent as they could not understand me explaining this problem in simple English.
