No connection issue. Set up went well. Almost all app features do not work especially (video playback controls). I purchased $7 plan. I reached out to company through Amazon chat, language barrier and they did not address my video playback issues after sending screenshots. I will say the live view works very well although. They company did issue me a refund for the camera via Amazon though so without having to demand one (I really just wanted improvements made to video playback)

the cam worked fine. it seems someone took it. I emailed asking a question about visability to see the last 5 or 10 minutes of whatever it captured. no response still a week and a half later. cam works. CS SUCKS

What happened to the app after the last update? Unable to store file on the sd card ( memory card) then i paid for the cloud and is not even working either. Come on developer fix this.

Loop Record doesn't work, when the SD card is full recording stops. Please include: - SD card recording indicator - Oldest recording available in Loop Mode - 4K recording in SD card also, not only in the app

We seeing some issue with auto recording once the SD Card space is full. Auto recording is automatically disabled and not able view videos which are stored in SD Card.

New version is very good i like it. but india time is not set. 30 minutes is back always this problem

It works relatively okay. But there is one thing that is very disturbing to me. When you disconnect it from the wifi it stops recording to the SD card (even when on loop record) which means it cannot be used at all when not connected to the Internet and if the Internet goes down it will not record (so if someone unplugs the modem) the camera won't record at all.
