I can't believe this is one of the official way to watch the Olympic games. I tried to watch judo and the video stutters, displaying one image every 10s on some video. Other work and then just stop working when I tried to resume. Yes I did try to troubleshoot. No I don't want to clear the cache, uninstall, reinstall or reboot my phone every time I want to resume a video. You're really terrible compared to the competition where everything is working flawlessly. And I paid for this. What a waste

Amazing platform from what I've seen so far. Great content, ergonomic interface, reactive support, reasonable pricing. A shame that even original series produced by Max can't be seen in original language! To have access to series and movies in original language is a basic feature every platform should have. As of today, app limited to two languages in France : French and English

I'm a new customer and wish this app worked , great choice of films and content but if the app keeps crashing and getting stuck how can it be used , also once an episode has finished it gets stuck and doesn't move to the next episode so you have to exit out to go back in to move to the next episode I will be cancelling, after doing all the trouble shooting still problems the app needs fixing, I had to cancel my subscription it's not watchable at the moment

The app is bit slow. It takes a bit for things to watch. It's definitely not as fast as Netflix. The selection is okay. It takes a while for new material to be offered so I keep Netflix for more selections. I bought the premium/no ad package. Commercials are quite frequent and tiresome, especially every minutes it seems in a movie. I will keep it for now due to having Food Network & large selection of cooking shows, better than other apps at least.

On a Google tv, the settings for the app are set to autoplay the next video. However, there is a bug that interferes with this setting and doesn't autoplay. Nor can you click on the button to play the next video, it does't work. So, I have to get completely out of the app and start all over to see the next video. What a nuisance... Please fix the bug(s)!!!

Max can be a really good app. There's a lot of potential for this app. But charging for the service then charging even more for no ads is absurd. Why not one charge and be done with it? 💡Or show all the ads before the show or movie starts. That way the app, movies, and shows can become more enjoyable for viewers. Also, that additional ad that was added per break made it even worse. 2 stars for now.

Anybody else having issues when trying to connect app with provider? The app can't seem to verify my provider and wants me to create an account. I already subscribed to HBO and Cinemax through DirectTV. I go through the process and says I already have a subscription. If I create another account, I might get charged double by my provider. Never had any issues until on Sunday, November 3, 2024. It got fixed for a bit. After 24 hours, it is back to doing the same thing before.

After my last review, seems like you improve the app a little bit, but now you have destroyed casting feature, it is impossible to use Chromecast, it gets stuck, is slow, it cannot change neither language nor subtitles, I do not know how a company like Warner has a low qualified development area, so disappointing, I really miss HBO.
