Used this app in many countries without any issues. However,upon using it in Budapest, Wolt picked up the wrong location, which meant that my order was delivered to the wrong house (practically the other side of the city). When I made a complaint, and after going back and forth with customer support, he ended up advising me to enter the address myself (when the app actually suggests that you enable location services for that). Of course, no refund issued or a resolution. Don't use in Budapest!

This app is amazing. No bugs, no stutters. So incredibly smooth to use. Integrates wonderfully with Google Pay. The order process is intuitive. Everything just works. Congrats to the devs on a spectacular job. The only things is like to see are more restaurant selections, and the ability to customize an item. (No mustard, no mayo, etc). You can only make changes if programmed in, a text box would be nice!

Probably won't use again, last few months trying to order have been hell. Likely a local issue, but orders get frequently either stolen (presumably by the deliveree) or just go to the wrong house, even when instructions are extremely clear. Very aggravating to deal with when only like a third of your orders actually arrive properly. Delivery fees are also pretty damn wild. I mean almost 10€ for 6km? Feels more like an insult.

Used to be pretty good but they are getting greedier now. Pay a subscription monthly for 'free' delivery, the prices are all marked up and way cheaper in the restaurant, they are bundling 2 to 3 orders together to squeeze more profits and now their service fee has gone from 25c per order to being a % of the bill (usually 2 to 3 euro extra). Service is getting worse so they have no justification to increase their service fee, especially when you pay a monthly subscription. Bolt wins :)

The biggest issue is customer support. It takes a long time for anyone to even get in touch with you and there is no call option. When someone finally answers, the issue is often not solved, or at least not right away. Communicating the issue is another thing. You have to explain what the problem is over and over again until they understand. Faster and more efficent customer support would make this app a 5/5, but even though theres not always an issue, when there is, this is all too annoying.

I've been a Wolt+ subscriber for two years. I'm never doing this again, and I highly do NOT recommend this app. Why? Number of reasons: 1. Fees - add up to 1.5€ per order for service tax. They can, and they will increase the fee WITHOUT a warning. 🚩 2. Prices - add up to 2€ for each meal. The prices are INSANE on this app. 3. Support - only valid for late deliveries. Nobody cares if the food delivered cold / missing items / poor quality. I'm glad I finally had to uninstall this app.

I used the Wolt app for shopping and selected the option for product replacements in case certain items were unavailable. Unfortunately, I received cheaper products, but the app didn’t update the prices, and I was charged for the more expensive ones. I believe the app should automatically adjust the price and notify the customer of any changes before charging. This ruined my shopping experience, and I hope they improve this aspect of the service.

The app is getting better but still a long way to go. Sometimes,when there are few minutes until the delivery,the order gets canceled but the customer support is one of the best so it compensates. They could extend the delivery area for a lot of restaurants and charge more for the delivery fee,on other apps there are 3 times more restaurants for the same address so it can be done! I think that they are on the good way but they need more time!
