This app is terrible. Our organisation used to use GameDay which i thought was bad enough but now i miss it. I play and so does my son so I'm constantly switching between the 2 accounts and it keeps losing his team and i have to go in and find it again and reload it. I'm only hoping it improves or they switch back after this season.

Not a good app. Able to see live scores and stats after game which is an improvement on Gameday. But, as a social basketball player & administrator, overall the app has many issues ranging from not user friendly, no real help function, no documents section, doesn't display well on my (old) phone, no summary of how many games a player has played in a season (important for finals qualification), no ability to have multiple admin contacts (important if the team administrator is uncontactable), etc.

Not user-friendly. Can't see name of teams or identity which teams or players are in comp etc.

Unusable. Impossible to add a team. I can search for it, and bring the team up, but it is impossible to select it. Also when i tried to create an account, it said I already had one, which i clearly don't as I've never installed this before. When I went through the password set up process it auto filled my ex's user name and password. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?????

Terrible app. For the past week Ive had issues getting into this app. Last week when I tried to access the game time a message popped up saying 'new updates to be installed', so I select to install them. When it appears to be complete I try to open the app but a message pops up saying the app will be installed soon (leaving me with no option but to wait as I can't get access). The next day I was able to get access for all games and times but only a day later back to the original problem.

A very low-quality app that I was forced to use, as it's the only way to learn where/when my kids next game is going to be. And the app does it in the most painful way, it can say the location is "PBC" and go figure what it means and where to find it in SE QLD. There's a map icon/button next to the location but it's not clickable (UPDATE: It's NOT clickable on Android while it works on iOS).

Very difficult to use. Most pages in the app take a long time to load. I dislike how the draws open up at the oldest matches, rather than the newest (i.e. upcoming or just completed) matches. The ladders section is useable, but you can't click through to see any of the team details. The messages function is not great, because you can't rename chats, which is a problem if you play for more than one team. It is also showing up with 2 chats for each team. Much preferred Gameday.

Most unreliable, unuser friendly app I've ever used. Zero from me. I stopped playing Basketball due to the difficulty registering last year. Decided to sign up again this year and same issues. Impossible to register on this app. There is no other option to pay so probably walk away again. Tried looking up the draw, terrible experience that ended as another epic fail. Absolutely not good enough. Why is Basketball Australia using this app? How to disconnect from members.
