05-22-2024: This app doesn't allow you to download the videos from the SD card. You'll have to go and remove the card if you want any videos to save. Horrible app! 05-13-2024: Event recording every time the leaves moves in the wind... So, basically continuous recording throughout the day and night.. 🤦 and still no notification... 7-2-23: Can't login, keep saying weak signal. I'm literally 2 feet away from my router...

found many issues with app. 1. Low Battery alarm does not work. Battery percentage reached to 1% and device switches off. 2. different battery percentage in different devices(when it is shared) 3. no battery full alarm. Does this have gms 4. no alexa connectivity in India 5. outside unit volume is low, can we improve with any software upgrade? 6. sometimes we dont get pop up notication during door bell. it makes a "clicking noise" that's it. 7. sometimes when we pick up, it shows "callended(13),

Product is awful!!! Doesn't record motion activity unless alarm feature is on. Lot of times recording feature doesn't kick on until person is walking away. In dead of winter, recordings were unwatchable, all in red sometimes and sometimes upside down. I don't get but 2-3 months charge on battery. Low battery reminder doesn't work. Customer service is a joke, essentially non-existent. 30 day warranty is not enough time to realize all the problems. Ran out of room to list all the issues.

Bought due to a neighbour who keeps throwing stuff in our front garden. After some trying to install on my phone everything works fine. The only down side is motion sensor picks up when no one is at the door. Goes off every few minutes, to the tree swaying! Also annoying that you can't delete expired videos. Cheap I know but all I could afford. Update after 2 years camera went so foggy was impossible to see anything clearly.

Well I've have some good/bad issues with this app. First major issue is that although in playback mode the timeline will show grey as in it got recorded, It skips, I am watching footage from yesterday and it skips from 19:29 or 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm or 9:06 pm. That's almost 2 hours of loss footage, also want to note that I was in live view yesterday from 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm with the camera around that time and I wasn't disconnected so where did the footage go? Why can I view something live but then when i go back, it skips over that time frame. Also have had issues with what I can tell is signal loss or a blacked out section in the timeframe. This happens randomly between 7:30am - 10:30pm at night but I have a clean signal from 10:30 pm to the next morning. What is affecting my wifi signal? I tried different channels. Also the app should self clean up expired videos/photos. One feature I'd like to see is that it can distinguish between a screen shot and a period of motion, most screen shots are showing be the play button but i go and play it, it has a timeframe of 0:00. I also hate that during some days I get an error "There is no video recorded at this moment but if I power cycle the camera, i get the continuous record to function again or those odd times that I can only watch what is listed in "orange" but what is listed in orange on local playback doesn't coincide with what is listed within the motion section. Would love to help make this product better.

I get a notification every minute (no exaggeration) that people are detected. This happens 24/7 (no exaggeration). This happens...all...night...long. The sensitivity is turned down as low as it can go, so I don't even know what motion could be setting it off. I would like to keep the notifications on so I can know when someone is actually at my door, but not if it goes off every minute.

It worked at first, showing video through the app and now a few days later it doesn't work unless someone rings the bell the hangup part don't even hang up outside, it's useless I bought flat nails still no go. I have it in the house and every once in a while it'll light up and turn on as if it's controlled by a creep. I paid my brother to get the same thing he had & buy it off eBay I thought it was the ring smh what a waste of batteries and money 200 loss I don't think this app is compatible

Im very disappointed with the app experience, I have Dophigo smart doorbell, the app is supposed to ring when a guest rings the bell but instead i only get a notification, most of the time i miss it and the guest just leaves. I checked all settings and app permissions, same issue. It only rings if the app is opened and we ring the bell, otherwise its just a notification.
